Purchased at the Imadeya Chiba Station Ekinka tasting and sales event.
We purchased the best of the four products we tasted while listening to the executive director, who came from Iwate Prefecture to "let people know about Okuroku."
We enjoyed it paired with hamachi sashimi!
It was a little shwashy, a little dry and a little mellow, just the way I like it!
