A bottle that has been laid to rest. I bought some sake on my trip to Tohoku, so let's open it to empty the fridge.
It is thicker than usual and has a thicker, tastier texture.
I find myself no longer trying to describe this sake with pineapple, the richness of the flavor is what makes it special tonight. I'll have a delicious chibichibi.

It is a direct pumping of the Ginpu 🌾 of the Hanayo bath 🍶.
The first aroma is softly sweet with a pineapple 🍍 flavor.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a mild sweetness with a hint of acidity.
And again, there is a hint of pineapple flavor.
The clear sake quality of Ginpu🌾 goes well with the pineapple🍍 flavor 😊.

But it has a mellow sweet taste and a pineapple flavor that is typical of Kahanayo.
Compared to Yamadanishiki, the sweetness is much more subdued, while the umami lingers on.
It is not bad, but I prefer Yamadanishiki which has a better balance of sweetness and umami.
I prefer it to Omachi.

Sweet and juicy, but with Omachi-like richness and bitterness.
Therefore, the pineapple flavor is less pronounced than Yamadanishiki.
I personally rate it lower than Yamadanishiki because I don't like the Omachi-like feeling, but it still has no heaviness at all!
The aftertaste is wonderful, with the bitterness giving it a sharp edge.
