Sake rice Bizen Omachi
Rice polishing ratio 40
Sweet, sour, and fruity on the palate. The impact of the sweet and sour taste is followed by the spread of sweetness. Very tasty.
At a nearby bar.
It's really good, Hana-yoso.
Very refreshing and clean, light and refreshing.
You can drink as much as you want.
They also had sashimi of sansanma (mackerel), so we had it with the sashimi!
The saury was fatty and delicious!
It seems that a lot of saury has been landed this year.
And they seem to be big size.
Maybe a little more dry taste would be better for the blue fish?
But both were delicious.
premium sake
Sweet aroma, a little foamy attack. Bittersweet flavor with a slight umami mouthfeel. Light and full-bodied.
It is a sake that you can rarely find, so you end up ordering it. Delicious!
Junmai Daiginjo🍶Non-filtered raw sake✨Orikarami🫧Biyamanishiki🌾.
Pineapple🍍Refreshing. Rather refreshing ✨Surly wine because it's ogara-mi, surly chic by my wife. The udo flavor cooks out the spiciness and it's delicious. It goes well with Hokkaido corn cream croquettes 🌽. Spicy and bitter with miso motsu-nikomi. Interesting to change the taste with different snacks.

It is Miyamanishiki Oorigarami from Hanahayo.
The top aroma is of pineapple candy 🍍🍬.
In the mouth it is juicy, mild pineapple 🍍.
The slight bitterness gives it a sharp finish.
The bitterness of Miyamanishiki is easy to detect, but after 9 months of aging, it is no longer an issue.
It was delicious 🍶✨️
This is the long-awaited Huayouyasan.
The pineapple-like aroma in the mouth is impressive and the most gorgeous ever.
The taste is fruity and elegant sweetness, and it is easy to drink without feeling the alcohol.
This time, the bottle was signed by the brewer.
No wonder it is so hard to find.

What a great addition to the neighborhood lineup!
I used to be in a situation where I could easily drink it (before my breakthrough ❔), but it was so sweet and rich that I avoided it 😔.
But to find it so close by...
I have no choice but to ask for it 🥴 Ohi ♡♡♡
Open your mouth ✨ with a direct pump on your shoulder
Slightly effervescent🫧very fresh
I've been told this a lot, but it's definitely a bine🍍.
Unexpectedly light and refreshing, very different from my previous impression 🤔.
Maybe it's just the taste of this drink, but I'd like to try others 🤤 if I can 💦.
Well, it was delicious👍
Omachi has a unique aroma. It has a unique aroma. You can understand it well when you compare them. I have always felt a little negative aroma. It tastes good, though.
