It's been a long time since I've had a hana yang.
This has a pineapple feel to it 🍍.
This is the most pineapple-y of all the Huayouyas I've had 😚.
The trio of sweet, sour, and astringent flavors is a great collaboration✨.
It's also refreshing and easy to drink, so it goes down smoothly.
I paired it with yakitori and it went well with both tare and shio (salt) 😊.
I think it would also work well as a food sake.

I also had my first Hana-yosu the other day 💐I drank Miyamanishiki, but this Bizen Oumachi is also pineapple 🍍Is all Hana-yosu 🍍⁉️ Miyamanishiki was rather spicy too so I would like to drink Bizen Oumachi 🥰.

Nanyo Jyozo's "Hana-yosu", which includes "Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-no-Genshu".
It is a junmai daiginjo-nama sake made with 48% Omachi rice polished to perfection.
It has an aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits, which is the one and only HANAIYOTSU's unique character in full bloom.

My first KahayoYu was Miyamanishiki, but I'd like to try the rest of the lineup 🥰.
It gradually became spicier as it approached room temperature. Then the sweet sake became dry at once!
I didn't know that such a temperature difference could change the taste 💦.
I'm not a fan of spicy sake, but I drank it all in one gulp😅.
It was really good until the astringent taste ‼️
I think Huayouyu is best drunk cold 🩷I also recommend room temperature for those who like dry sake: ☺️
