This was my first Huayangbao.
My personal impression was that it was not that sweet, fruity and pineapple juice-like. Still, the aroma, taste and aftertaste were more than enough. I like it the best. The snack was grilled silverfish with sakekasu using sakekasu purchased at the brewery. Delicious.
Well, well, well, now for the hana yang, earlier we had grapefruit, and this one is a pineapple🍍.
I was able to get a bottle of the new Hanahyokyu Gohyakumangoku, so I'll have this one in turn 🍶.
Needless to say, it has a fruity aroma, and when poured, it is colorless, clear and beautiful!
It's very typical of Huayouyasumi. It's like a flower sunset 😊.

New sake. Pleasant sweetness with a pineapple aroma typical of Hanayo. The mildness of orikara, which I love, is also good. It is rather refreshing, probably due to the use of "Gohyakumangoku" (five hundred million stone).

I bought this sake in March this year and kept it in the refrigerator. It is reputed to be a gorgeous and fruity sake like the label, but the HANAHODAKU I drank right after I bought it was not so fruity as it says, so I left it for a while.
It has a fruity aroma and a clear taste. After a week or so, it has a mellow sweet-tart pineapple taste. I'm going to drink it right away without letting it sit for a week or so.

I wanted to drink sake Musashi sake, so I went to Kyoto to buy some 🍶.
Hanaabi, which is kind of cool when you can read it.
Sake Musashi is a sake brewing rice from Saitama Prefecture, and while it is easily soluble and difficult to handle in the brewing process, it is said to produce a beautiful sake with a full flavor.
The appearance is a slightly pale silver-green.
The aroma is fresh and gorgeous with a bitter accent.
Bitter nuances mixed with sweetness and acidity give it a pineapple flavor, and lychee and pear aromas are also freshly fragrant.
The rice aroma is fluffy and freshly pounded rice cake.
There is also a fresh chervil and a slight cypress-like spiciness.
The texture is smooth and light, with a chili-like gasiness.
While the sweetness of fresh fruitiness spreads freshly and quickly, acidity blurs with bitter nuances.
The nose is fresh and fruity, with a scattering of acidity.
The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness combine to produce a juicy, transparent wine with a moderately ripe, pineapple-like quality.
It has a gentle acidity that is stimulating and goes down the back of the throat, leaving a sharp finish.
The lingering finish is medium-long.
