It has been 10 months since my last trip to Kanto.
This time with Yamada Nishiki.
Polishing ratio 55%.
Alcohol content 16%.
The aroma and taste are just like a pineapple 🍍.
I just love the combination of the sweetness and the acidity that comes out in the strong sweetness, and it's hard for me to see it often, but I'm glad I could drink it after a long time.
It's still delicious 🍶.
Smooth on the palate and easy to drink like water in a good way.
Do not drink too much.
Slightly fizzy.
Ideal as a food wine.

Recommendation⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It is quite sweet on the palate, like a melon.
The juice-like sweetness is followed by a refreshing sake-like alcohol taste.
Addictive flavor!
How happy I would be if I could drink it at home without a side dish.

Nanyo Jyozo's "Kahayo Yoku THE PREMIUM Junmai Daiginjo Echigo Gohyakumangoku, Polished 40%, Unfiltered Nama-shu".
The lightly muddy, fresh aroma is beautiful and tantalizing, and the taste invites you to enjoy it.
In the mouth, it is elegant and graceful, and the structure hidden deep inside is smooth and strong.
A new "encounter with a beautiful sunflower".
Alcohol content: 16%.

I got the Yamadanishiki with high expectations because the Ginpu (unreviewed) was so good.
The result is less... than the Ginkaze.
Pineapple flavor is weak and lacks fruity.
It was just the usual Yamadanishiki flavor.
I was a little disappointed because my expectations were a little high.
I was lucky enough to be able to buy a bottle of Sake Musashi from Huahiyo-yoku. The taste is a little different depending on the sake rice, but it is still a HanayoYauke. The juicy umami, rich sweetness, and refreshing aftertaste are all fused together at a high level of deliciousness 😋I would like to buy a bottle next time.
Today's sake was a Jungin Unfiltered Nama-shu ❗️❗️ of that Yamadanishiki from Saitama Prefecture, Hanaoyokyu❗️
The aroma is...(ToT)❗️ my alaru, but it is so delicious that 720ml runs out too soon and I can't write about it on Sake no Wani.❗️ It was a delicious sake... ❤️ I will buy it again, this time in a bottle...(^^)❗️
This liquor focuses on the aroma. It has a tremendous pineapple aroma. The tropical flavor is a shock to the senses, and it is a shock that exceeds the limit value of the aroma so far, while giving the impression of a hana-yoku. The aftertaste is short and not too dull. Women will like this flavor.
