Today, we had a party with my family... and I opened a bottle of Hanahayo... and poured only the top clear liquid into the glass... it is a light amber color, pineapple aroma... and the taste is sweet and delicious... It's not really anything special, but I opened a bottle of Hana-yosu. I took it out of the fridge, plucked the cork, and popped it in! I don't know if it's familiarity or what, but in the old days, I would have let this kind of premium sake sit for a long time for a "special occasion". I would have kept it in the fridge for a long time for "the moment" in the past. Have I grown up? I guess I've grown up. I The aroma is fresh and fruity, I knew Hana-yosu was the one! The mouthfeel is light, tasty, acidic and fruity! Combined with a nice aftertaste, it makes my mouth happy! The acidity and bitterness of the wine is also well balanced with a nice aftertaste, making it a very convincing wine in total. First time in a long time for a Huayangbao. Pineapple aroma and taste, slightly effervescent and elegant right after opening. I want a bottle in the house.

Now, now, now, I forgot to give you some 🤣past drinks! This season's Hana-Hayo-sama is steadily coming out, so here is the Abi-sama that has been sitting in the cellar for about a year. It's been sitting in the cellar for about a year 😊. Wooo, delicious 😍✨It's still got the right amount of bitterness and acidity from the pineapple. I haven't had this season's bottle yet, so hopefully I'll get it soon 😆.
