We had a Junmai Daiginjo Ginpu from Hanahayo.
It was the first time for me to drink directly from the bottle.
It has a gorgeous aroma typical of Junmai Daiginjos.
It has a freshness that makes your tongue chatter, and the taste is fruity and juicy, sweet and sour like a pineapple, which is unique to Hanaoyokyu.
The aroma on the nose is refreshing, and the sweetness is crisp and sharp, with a clear outline.
This is a directly pumped Kahayo Yaki that is released only a few times a year. The usual deliciousness was combined with pitchy freshness to create a taste that I liked even more.

Fluffy and floral, not pineapple fruity

The fluffy sweetness lingers in the mouth for a long time.
