Nanyo Jozo's "Kahayo Yoku Junmai Ginjo Hachitan Nishiki 55 Orikigarami Unfiltered Nama Sake".
In line with the brewery's belief that "the junmai ginjo class sake that you drink most every day is the real sake for the competition," and in the style of Team Kahayo Jyozo, only the luxurious "shizuku-shu" (drops of sake) that drip down without pressure are taken from the bottle.
This sake is also made from the very small amount of "arabashiri," which is the first drop of sake that drips down during the sakuro-hozuri process, in which the oli of the "shizuku-shu" is carefully collected.
It has a dignified ginjo aroma comparable to daiginjo, the rich flavor of junmai sake, the sweetness of orikarami, and the freshness of shinsyu nama-shu. Please enjoy the impressive taste that it has all together.

Huayouyasan was unexpectedly sold in the online store of Yajima Sake Shop 🌸.
It's one of the rare ones you can't find at liquor stores in Kyushu, and there's only one distributor in Hiroshima nearby 🤔.
As a resident of Kyushu, I thought it was a rare sake, but now that I can drink it at home, I'm grateful to have it 😋.
Now, as for the taste, the top aroma is a gorgeous pineapple aroma as rumored 🍍.
The overtone is pineapple, with a hint of pear 🤔.
I thought it would be juicy... but it's not as juicy as I thought, it's more like clean and sharp 🤔.
It has a dry impression, maybe because it's made with Gohyakumangoku, and it has sweetness, but it's not a sticky sweetness, it's a refreshing sweetness, and then the acidity and umami follow it ✨.
The gasiness is small to medium, and it complements the acidity and umami 👍.
The bitterness comes out strongly in the latter half of the bottle and finishes it off quickly.

The first day of the liquor ban was a hana-yori👍.
I'm going to be at a year-end party (drinking party?) 3 days a week this week, next week, and the week after that. I'll be back next week and the week after that.
The aroma is sweet and fruity! It has a pineapple 🍍 feel. The mouthfeel is soft and there is a hint of gas. The nose has a hint of pineapple🍍.
The light sweetness and umami are full, the acidity is mild, and it finishes with a beautiful sweetness without bitterness. It is a delicious Huayouyaki after all. But I think it was a little heavier than the other types I drank outside 🤔.
The second day was just as fruity and delicious 🥰.
