Went to Sekiya Brewery (Ginjo Kobo) today and bought it by weight. I had never heard of rose yeast before. It is a sweet sake with a nice aroma. I enjoyed it slowly in the quiet of the evening. It was great. I hope that the Bon Festival will be extended for another week by some mistake.

I've been wanting to try this one for a while. The initial aroma is good, but after passing down the throat, the hops are released into the nose! The acidity is pleasant and refreshing, but it's still good. The waiter told me, "This is great! Many people like it! Craft saké is great!
