It was the master's recommendation, the first time I heard about it, and the first time I drank it. Conclusion: It is good.
The rice polishing ratio is 55%, and it has a full-bodied flavor, not a cloying taste. I will drink it again when I see it again.

Looking back, Fukkai is the one that got me hooked on sake.
