By the way, canned beer is Sapporo Classic spring limited!
The last one is Junmai Ginjo🍶, a 55% polished junmai ginjo with the scent of flowers "Kikka".
This one was also hard on the day of opening the bottle, so I left it for a few days.
The initial aroma was sweet like banana milk.
The first aroma is sweet like banana milk, and the mouthfeel has a gentle sweetness and umami flavor.
It is the sweetest and most delicious of all the Umezakura Kiku (the cheapest).
(This may be the cheapest one.
To be honest, all three were not so good on the day of opening, but I was surprised at how they opened up after the second day.
This Kikka in particular turned me on.
I wonder if this one is fire-brewed since there seems to be a separate nama-shu.
I'd like to try each of them 🤔.
The third one is probably the old Hana-no-Kou label.
I would love to buy a honjozo with a label like this if it existed 😊.
The fourth picture is the statue of Dan Takuma at Shin-Omuta station of Kyushu Shinkansen line, where I got off the bus connecting to Omuta station on my way back from Hananoka.
(You've all learned about this in your compulsory education, so I'll skip the explanation.)
It took about 15 to 20 minutes by cab to Hananoka from here.

Next, Hana no Kaori "Sakurabana" 50% polished Junmai Daiginjo🍶.
This one also felt a bit stiff on the day of opening, so we decided to wait a few days.
The initial aroma was sweet with a hint of wooden vat.
In the mouth, there is a gentle sweetness with a hint of umami.
It also seems to be very smooth and clean.
It was a well-balanced daiginjo.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
The third picture shows the store attached to the brewery.
There was a bottle of Yamada Nishiki Ninonjo on the shelf, but I preferred the Hozu so I passed it up 😌.

There is more to the sake from the Fukuoka trip that I posted at length last month. On the last day, we visited the Hananoka Sake Brewery in Wasui Town, Kumamoto Prefecture, on the border with Fukuoka.
This is a comparison of the Hana-no-Ka "Umehana", "Sakurahana", and "Kikuhana" sakes that I bought there as souvenirs.
I was late because I had to prioritize the sake I bought first 😅.
First up was the Hana-no-Kou "Umehana" 35% polished Junmai Daiginjo🍶.
On the day of opening the bottle, it felt a bit hard, so we decided to wait for 2 days.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity like green ume fruit.
The palate has a beautiful sweetness with a hint of elegant acidity.
It is a very smooth and clean taste.
There is also a gorgeous sweet aroma.
As expected of a 35% polished sake, it is very elegant.
It was delicious 🍶✨.
The third picture is the main building of Hananoka.
There is an exhibition space with tools used in the past and a peek-a-boo window to see the inside of the brewery. I also had a chance to sample some of the brewery's products.
Also, there was a tasting room, so I drank a variety of sake 🍶.
Thanks to the lady for all the help 😆.
Warmed Sake
Koroh Special Junmai
An easy to drink sake with a strong sweetness.
Japanese>English
I bought a bottle of Koroh for the first time, which a senior colleague of mine had told me was very tasty.
Although the alcohol content is low at 15 degrees, it has a robust flavor and a caramel-like aroma. It is better to drink it warm than cold.
It reminds me of my grand-senior who was very strict. He must have liked this kind of sake, which is not the latest style. I can understand why.
Kumamoto's local sake with horse sashimi. The driest one on the menu! It was also my first time to try barbecued horse meat and I was surprised at how light it was! I want to try it again 🥺.

Aroma of rice peculiar to Junmai, and a light, non-habitual sake. It is delicious....
Japanese>English
At a Kyushu cuisine bar where I had a month-long party with my juniors at work.
I started from the form (lol).
Kumamon is cute!
A crisp and easy to drink sake.
It was delicious with the meal.
Even my younger colleague, who normally doesn't drink sake, found it easy to drink! I didn't know sake was this easy to drink! He said, "This is what sake is like!
I'm glad!

My relatives bought this souvenir for me when they visited the brewery on a business trip to Kumamoto.
The brewery is located near the Tsujunkyo Bridge, which is an important cultural asset. The Tsujunkyo Bridge is the only stone arch aqueduct that can discharge water and is said to be one of the largest in modern times. The water is still sent to the nearby plateau, and at first I wondered if the sake was brewed with the water and the rice grown there.
The aroma is slightly subdued. The aroma is slightly subdued, with a hint of rice and sourness.
The low alcohol content of the sake makes it go down smoothly without a hitch. It is like water...but there is a delicious flavor on the side of the tongue. You can taste rice and acidity.
After opening the bottle, the rice flavor gradually increases. However, it does not stray from the path, and the taste is reassuring.
There is no unpleasant alcohol taste or strange aftertaste, and as the concept suggests, it can be drunk from daytime and is also delicious with light Japanese food.
Ingredient Rice Rice, Rice Malted Rice

I went for a physical checkup and found that my stomach had grown since last year, so I am now exercising to my heart's content 😭
I'm drinking it sipping it 🍀*゜!
This time my friend gave me a bottle of Taido as a souvenir from Kumamoto!
Probably a level of price that I wouldn't buy by myself, thanks to my friend!
It tastes like a refined sweetness of rice and is slightly light on the palate.
We had it with Japanese Spanish mackerel sashimi!
Thank you very much!

My eldest daughter has moved out of the prefecture to go to college. It's a happy thing, but I feel sad, anxious...ah, blah blah blah 🤣.
Let's have a drink!
Oh, it's delicious. It has a rich, robust flavor, but not too strong. I drank it while eating curry because I was slammed 😅maybe I just have a stupid tongue 🤔.
I feel refreshed after drinking it 😊.

Kumamoto New Sake Festival 2024
I participated in the Kumamoto New Sake Festival held every March with my colleagues 🍶.
Drink tickets 🎫1 set of 3 tickets for 1200 yen.
One ticket is exchanged for 5 shaku of sake (two tickets for the more expensive ones).
I chose three kinds of sake: Kameman nigori sake, Taido, and Hanayuki.
The second cup was Taido.
Surprisingly sweeter than the nigori I just had 😳.
It has a nice flavor and moderate acidity that goes well with fried cartilage 👍.
Taido is consistently delicious as a food sake 😋.
On the way back from the Shigaraki Artists' Market, I went to NENRIN, a sake shop in front of Akashi Station.
It has a full-bodied sweetness. It also has a moderate acidity and is refreshing on the palate.
It was my first time to drink this sake, but it is easy to drink.

Kansai Sake-new year party [2nd party
The restaurant for the second party is "Wa Dinning Wadachi", which has 47 kinds of local sake.
And it is less than 5 minutes walk from the first party restaurant 🤣.
The style was not to bring me a bottle, so I registered a bishonen that I was not familiar with, and the rest is off the hook.
I think I drank some Miyazaki sake, the one that bouken also introduced, the one that wasn't, as well as Reimei, Houou Mita, and Tenpyo.
I don't know what else I drank 🤣.
The following is a list of our products.
