Sake I received as a gift. I learned a nice term, "Yamahai-brewed".
I chilled it, but I think it tastes better at room temperature. I will wait for it to become lukewarm after this.
A souvenir for myself on a business trip to Osaka.
It is refreshing, so I think it goes well with Japanese, Western and Chinese food.
Today I served it with nabe (hot pot).
