Centrifugal separation, but nigori? There is no graininess at all. It is rather dry but with a very strong flavor. When heated up, it becomes more refreshing and easy to drink.

It was dry, refreshing and delicious.

I chose this one at the end of the year.
It is a food sake with a very high level of sweetness, depth, and overall balance.
You can't go wrong anytime you drink it.
Opened February 1, 2024
Purchased at Muramatsu Sake Sho, Shinbashi
It's raw, but it has an aged aroma: ❗️
It was made in 23.11, but was it aged in the store?
Complex flavor like mirin (sweet sake) ^ ^.
It's like a wine, but very unique w/o being a wine.
Very interesting🤣.
Purchased at AEON in Tokoname, attracted by the limited edition of 300 bottles.
It goes refreshingly well with bamboo shoot rice, bamboo shoot tempura, and bamboo shoot stew, even if it doesn't seem insistent. ❤️
If there is another bottle, I'll buy it 😊.

Junmai Daiginjo Kaoru Cold Aged for 5 years or more
Made with 100% Yamadanishiki from the Tokubetsu A district, fire-aged one bottle at a time and matured slowly in a refrigerator in the brewery.
The Joy of Sake New York 2024
Slightly sweet
It had a mild mouthfeel that I wanted to roll around on my tongue forever. I thought I would drink it slowly because of its high alcohol content, but it was so good that I drank too much,
I was going to drink it slowly because of its high alcohol content, but it was so delicious that I drank too much of it.
Sometimes I felt the aroma of strawberries.
It seems to go well with fruits.

Shimono tasted Nikko sake.
It has more than enough umami, but the aftertaste is clean. I think it has an exquisite balance.
It was a truly delicious sake, and you could sense that it was made with great care.

It's not sake, but...
The soft and delicious sponge cake is soaked with a lot of sake!
It's like a brandy cake, but the way it soaks into the cake is unbelievable!
If you like sake and sweet taste, you should try this cake!
Already the best cake of the year!
Sake with outstanding spiciness. It goes well with the gentle taste of crab sushi bento. Good memories of Kinosaki Onsen. My cheeks are still hot.

This sake was tasted at the Kobe Hankyu event and made a good impression, and was highly praised by Nemuchi-san.
A liquor store in my neighborhood became a special distributor, but I was wondering why they didn't carry this sake.
It was in the fridge of a point system sake, so I thought 😅😅I thought, "No way, I can buy it normally. I thought so, but I was able to buy it normally😅.
It's confusing💦.
The rice is Hyogo Nishiki.
Sweet aroma. It is fire-aged but has a quite rich flavor. It is better not to cool it down too much.
It is a little smoky.

I bought this at Kinosaki Onsen.
Very tasty and rich ❤️
Kinshi Masamune
SAKURA HANAMACHI Junmai Sake
This brewery is located in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto City.
60% polished rice produced in Kyoto.
Gorgeous aroma, gentle rice flavor, and a full, elegant finish,
A full and elegant aftertaste.
#Sake
This is the first time I have tasted this brand.
The sweet aroma and flavor are supported by a moderate acidity and astringency. 17° concentration makes for a strong drinking experience.
The aftertaste is gentle and lingers for a long time.
Since this sake is so assertive on its own, it would be good to have something to snack on, such as salted rice kelp.

3.4
The atmosphere of the label makes you think it is a dry food sake, but it is sweet and fruity.
Not a sticky sweetness, but a glossy sweetness with a clean aftertaste. It is delicious.

At a sake meeting.
Highly aromatic and umami, with no bitterness.
Fruity and easy to drink.

Omachi!
A typical old-fashioned taste.
While at first it has a sense of being too sweet,
But it is reset by the acidity and bitterness at the end.
Delicious!
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 16%.

Last of the mini-tastings!
Comparing different types of chiloris...
It was interesting because it is not easy to have 4 kinds!
Omachi 60% polished rice
Alcohol 15 degrees Celsius
First of all, I drank it as it was, but it tasted delicious and easy to drink!
Aluminum bottle
First of all, when it is heated up, it becomes sweeter and easier to drink at once.
It has a strong attack and a short aftertaste.
Titanium.
The taste comes out straight.
It's like a refreshing taste at room temperature.
Copper.
Sweeter taste and easier to drink.
Tin.
The taste is mellowed and there is a long aftertaste.
I felt the best taste of rice.
It is my favorite taste. ❣️
The third one is for tasting 😁.
Snow Crystal by Kouei Kiku!
I was surprised at how sweet it was after opening the bottle!
Purchased on a trip to Kamiaso. It is easy to drink with a light and dry taste like water that is rich like caramel and yet refreshing! It is a "super light and dry" sake with a sake strength of +10, oichiii.
I want to buy it again because I can drink it so easily (laugh).
