On the way back to the ferry 🛳️2 I definitely had a dry Tosatsuru for my first drink 😀! It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still easy to drink and delicious 😋. I was sad that I can't drink so much and can't compare various drinks 🤣 I couldn't drink enough at the cafeteria, so I bought some Hakata menbei at the store and drank them outside 😀 That was the end of my ferry drinking. It was my first long-distance ferry trip and there were more than 10 kinds of Japanese sake, so it was a nice trip while enjoying sake 😁.

Fruity and grape? It had a fruity, grape-like aroma! I thought it was a little rich and a little dry. I felt a bitter taste at the end of drinking! The return ferry: 🛳️ We couldn't drink sake on the way to the castle, so we took a bath before leaving the ship and hurried to the diner 😀 We were sweating a lot in the morning, so we wanted to drink a dry sake. I was sweating a lot in the morning and wanted a refreshing dry sake, so I tried Daikoku Masamune 😗, which was described as dry and promoted by Nada Gogo. However, it was so sweet that I thought I had misread the description of "dry" 🤣. I felt like I had done something wrong 🤣 I got myself back on track and went on to the next Tosatsuru 😋.

It's a Collage of Sake Mirai. The sake is made from one fire. The first aroma is soft, mellow and sweet. It has a mildly sweet aroma with a hint of acidity and a slight Sake Mirai richness. After the first taste, you can feel the umami of Sake Mirai. It was delicious 🍶✨️
