1400 We met at a restaurant in Toyama. I held out for a beer for now and ordered a pint. What a complex flavor. Blue hard pear? Sour? Dry? Sweet? Clear? I couldn't describe the taste myself. Is it delicious? If you ask me, I think it is definitely delicious. Do I like it? If you ask me, I don't like it. But if I had a chance to buy it, I might. I wanted to remember this complex flavor. Blue Solstice at Nishikiya, buy it when you find it! Gorgeously fruity, refreshing pear-like aroma, Smooth mouthfeel and Well balanced sweetness and acidity, clear as water, Aromatic flavor with a bitter aftertaste. and the bitter taste in the back end finishes it off nicely, Delicious. I prefer Junmai Namaishu to Junmai Ginjo for Aoi Ichi (Namaishu type). It has a fuller flavor.
