We opened a bottle of "Junmai Ginjo SILVER7 Unfiltered Nama Sake" from Yokoyama, which we got at a liquor store we visited a little while ago. It has a slight fizz on the tongue and a pleasant umami that expands with a sizzling sensation. The depth of flavor makes it a perfect match for oden and o-nabe (hot pot). This is a bottle that makes me want to visit the brewery on Iki Island someday. Delicious ‼️

The design of Snow Kayasha Bishu makes you want to drink it regularly, although its availability is limited. The rich sweetness and spiciness are in perfect balance in the mouth, and the lingering aftertaste is pleasantly crisp with just the right amount of sweetness.

Compare with Saiyan According to my wife Saiali is like shochu and Laifuku is like a white wine. Well, Raifuku has a heavier smell. The taste of Raifuku has a slight tanginess and the taste of Laifuku is heavier. Both are delicious. Raifuku has a stronger taste. Raifuku is delicious! When there is no Takachiyo or Kangiku on sale I have more choices now!

This is my first time at Sentori. After seeing your post, I wanted to try it no matter what! So I searched for it😊. My impression is that it has sweetness and a clean aftertaste. It is easy to drink and I already drank half of it today lol. Thank you all so much for all the wonderful posts ♥️ It's great to know about good sake thanks to you!

I received a bottle of Yamadanishiki Rokunoso from Sanchi. It has been a while since I have had it, but it is still delicious. As usual, the gas pressure was so strong that it almost blew the stopper open, and it was slightly carbonated with bubbles when poured into the glass. It has a woody nuance that can only be achieved by wooden vat brewing, just like the Rokunosozo we drank before. Rokunoso is yeast-free, so the flavor impression is slightly different from that of the previous 9 yeast. While the fresh and fruity general flavor remains unchanged, the taste seems to have changed from a clean and clean taste to a more complex and deep taste. It also feels drier than before, perhaps due to the combination of the yeast. To be honest, it is difficult to perceive the difference in flavor with or without pesticides or fertilizers, but I can (and likely will be able to) perceive the difference between the Five Farmer's Brewery (wooden vat brewing), Six Farmer's Brewery (no yeast added), and Seven Farmer's Brewery (weed), which not only taste great, but also satisfy my curiosity.

Sake from Kuranosuke Sasaki's parents' house. It was a gift. It has a sweet and tasty flavor and is easy to drink. I wonder if the alcohol taste is still there at the end. I'll give it a few days to see if it changes. There are many elegant and easy-to-drink sake in Kyoto, but it's hard to buy them in my hometown! Waiting for gifts and souvenirs...
