It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Hyakugakumon.
Chilled a little.
The aroma is subdued.
Rich, but not too heavy, with a dry element.
The astringency is quite impressive.
There may be an aftertaste that lingers on the palate after eating persimmon.

Cold sake
Mature aroma with acidity.
Similar aroma to Wakanami Junmai Ginjo
Slightly acidic and mellow on the palate.
A slight acidity and mildness spread from the middle of the mouth.
The taste is quite juicy.
The aftertaste is rather long.
The one I bought in Nara in GW.
I missed the timing to open it on Shinsei Day, so I was wondering when to open it😅.
This is the first time I've had rice called Rikuu 132.
I think I could taste the aroma of shiso and melon in the flavor of this lot 😁 Also, as you wrote, it's hard.
This might be interesting if I let it sit for a while.
I feel the sweetness and I like it better than Viridian or Cosmos 🤔 but it won't taste like this every time....
There is also a lot of acidity.

I had been curious about Kushira, Nara's local sake for a long time.
I didn't know it was from the same brewery as Shinoho, which I have had several times.

The mouthfeel is rather light and dry with a clear umami that gradually spreads.
Evaluation【A+】.
It has a gorgeous aroma that is typical of Senkou, and a taste with a little acidity, like a hiyaoroshi that you drink at the end of summer. The acidity is not harsh like citrus, but soft like pineapple. The aftertaste is not persistent, so it is easy to match, and there was little change in the number of days after opening the bottle. Above all, the bottle is beautiful.
