Captured a Kabuto-Mushi because it was in Nihonbashi. Compared to last year's image, the flavor seems a little more complex. Last year it was fresh and citrusy sweet, like an adult lemon squash, but this year it has a bit of bitterness and sourness, giving it a more lemon squash-like impression. As usual, it goes on swishily, so I think about going looking for a second one, but it's fun to find one by chance, isn't it?

When I went looking for a bottle of sake to give as a gift in time for Father's Day, Daimine was one of the last bottles left. I thought that had happened before, but I couldn't resist buying the last bottle. This is the fourth bottle of Omine since I started Sake-no-wa. It is still delicious. The fruity and sweet aroma and the refreshing sweetness in the mouth are addictive. It also has a nice sharpness, so it is unbeatable and can be used even during meals. It has a slightly cloudy appearance, and the gasiness is only slightly noticeable. It is different from the previous three, but the quality is the same. I can only hope that the last bottle will be available at the store where I stop by, thinking that it is a sake that I have to buy by myself since I don't see it very often when eating out.

An absolutely delicious bottle 😆. Esther type ginjo aroma, refined Omachi taste, firm sweetness and umami, and bitterness that follows afterwards. I also like the way the taste changes over time.

This is my first time in Kanagawa. When I saw the sake map on Sake-no-wa, I was tempted to fill in all the prefectures, and when I saw the national ranking on Sake-no-wa, I was tempted to conquer all the breweries up to the top 100. The temptation is to keep drinking... ★★★☆☆☆ Delicious.

The last time I drank Sake Mirai was Kamo Nishiki, but I mistakenly thought it was my first Sake Mirai at that time. There was also a Jikin, so this was the third time. It was clear, tasty, lingering, and sharp. It was like that. The lingering taste and sharpness coexist in a mysterious way. When I drink this kind of sake made from the traditional sake yeast, I am saddened by my shallow thinking that I am not good at sake made from the traditional yeast yeast.

I didn't buy it on encounter so much as I bought the jacket, but I stumbled across a jacket I'd been curious about for a long time and bought it. I was curious about it, but drank it without any prior knowledge. It was sweeter than I expected. I liked it a lot, with a fresh gasiness. I think it has a sharpness for being sweet. But what is it? I bought it as a packet purchase, but I feel it's not the right packet for me to keep on hand because I like it.

It's good. I like all of the IMPRESSION series, but IMPRESSION seems to have the strongest flavor of all of them. It is also very strong on the nose. I forget the price, but I think it was around 2,500 yen. I think it would make a good gift for a beginning sake drinker.

Sparkling Otters We had been drinking since noon, so there was not much alcohol left, so we chose an easy-to-drink sake. I like nigori sake a lot, so I think it tastes good, too! I never knew that a 2-way bottle can't be closed once the cap is opened!

I pre-ordered it because it is only released twice a year and because it is a draft sake. It is good. It is originally Ottersai, so it is good, but I prefer this one by far. I was told that they pursued freshness, and it is indeed refreshing. I think this is my favorite Otters.

I think it was a little over 2,500 yen. I think this was the first time I thought sake was good when I was in college. Some people don't like the manufacturing process of Otter, but if this level of production can be mass-produced and the price can be kept down, I don't think there is anything more to be said for it! Thanks Asahi Shuzo! However, I still prefer Toyo Bijin in Yamaguchi!

Anniversary release Hououmida brewed at the newly launched Tobishou Brewery by Kobayashi Shuzo, which celebrated its 150th anniversary. The sake rice used and the ratio of polished rice were not disclosed because the brewer wanted the visitors to feel the anniversary sake of the Tobisho Brewery as it is. I will refrain from commenting on this bottle because it would be inappropriate to add my own poor impression to it... Also, this anniversary sake will never be brewed again, so if you haven't tried it yet, please give it a try! If you haven't tried it yet, please give it a try! That's all I can say.
