I haven't been to Shimokitazawa in a few years, or even a few decades. So I will have Nabeshima and a set of horse sashimi. Conscientious restaurant. Satisfied with Nabeshima's understated ocean label.
Following Mansaku no Hana, Tourmai Series, and Akinosei, Momota. The sake rice here will be distributed from 2021, so there was not enough on the tongue to notice a big difference, but the aroma was as good as ever, and I was very satisfied while dipping the crab into the broth. I skipped Aizan, maybe next year. The matte label is osaree.
Maguro and mansaku flowers! The back label indicates that they release a new release for each sake rice every month; it's satisfying to see that even 70% polished rice can produce such a gorgeous aroma. The rabbit is cute.

Graduated from Gifu's famous sake, and relocated to Kamikawa, Hokkaido. I remembered the unusual topic of relocating an entire brewery. This is a limited edition sake made from a rare rice variety from Fukui called Kuzuryu, which was once no longer cultivated. A heap of sasamikatsu was poured into a bowl of saké. This is bliss!

Akita's famous sake. The brewery has a long history, founded in Genroku era. It has a gassy feeling. We chose this sake at the suggestion of the liquor store as an accompaniment for the end of the year. It has a gorgeous aroma and is juicy. Scallops from Abashiri with salt and olive oil. Satisfying.
