An alternative sake brewed with hops. It does not have a strong beer-like taste, but its somewhat subdued sweetness and light bitterness in the aftertaste make it seem like a beer. However, the taste is still within the sake category, giving the impression of a clean junmai sake. It also has a light acidity and a bubbly taste.
If I were to compare it to beer, I would say it is similar to white beer. On the liquor store's website, lychee and grapefruit were mentioned. I think I can understand that.

It does not have a strong flavor, but it has a light astringency, and behind the astringency, a full-bodied, umami flavor can be seen. It also has an acidity that stimulates the tongue. Kaze no Mori: Homage to No.6 Nakadori Unfiltered Nama-shu
This is the Nakadori version of the Respect for No. 6, which was also released around March.
The chutori has a plate that looks like a dog tag of 6!
The last year it was a picture of a flax cat, but this year it was a letter 6 in the shape of rice!
The taste is light and shwashy, just like Kaze no Mori. It tasted like an adult's cider, and you could drink it in one gulp!
Rice polishing ratio: 70% (100% Akitsuho rice used)
Alcohol content: 14%.
The brewery was destroyed by fire about two years ago. Now, the couple is making Yui at a different brewery. This time it was the Sanzen Sakura type. The other one is Raifuku, I think. Basically, it seems that the only difference is the brewing water. I should have bought both. The taste is mellow and fruity, and has the depth of a noble sake. It is not a trendy sweet sake, but has strength. It is a luxurious taste that should be savored well on its own.

Sweet and sour peach-colored sake. I have never seen such pink sake before. La fee des fleurs" means flower fairies. The aroma was slightly sour. The orikake was very fine and seemed to be entwined with the tongue. It has a fruity acidity and a slightly bubbly, juicy mouthfeel.
The pink ooze that had settled at the bottom of the bottle and started bubbling up when the bottle was opened was a beautiful sight. But be careful, because it will spill out if you leave it as it is. The alcohol content is low at 10 degrees and the taste is similar to "Beau Michelle" from the same Nagano Prefecture. The mantis label is also cute.
Light honey flavor É light ginjo aroma, clean and refreshing. When I first sipped it, it reminded me a little of pineapple. The acidity seems high, and the mouthful stimulates the tongue, as well as a deep sweetness! Then came astringency and richness. The taste reminded me of its youthfulness due to the fact that it was freshly bottled, but at the same time, I sensed its high potential. I have a feeling that this wine will become even bigger.
A thick, sweet mouthfeel with a chili-like sensation. When the bottle is opened, it makes a booming sound. The taste is "bright" rather than floral! It has a slightly sour, slightly bitter or complex flavor. If I had to say more, I would say it has a citrusy image. It is a nama-zake, but it does not have a freshness to it.
Refreshing and infinitely drinkable, Shinomine! It stimulates the tongue, just like flavored soda water. There is also a strong acidity. The sweetness itself is very moderate, yet surprisingly gorgeous. Perhaps because it is lightly nigori (light nigori), you could sense its flavor and richness right away in the mouth. It was also a fresh sake.
Senkori Green Naturals
I saw this for the first time and bought it on impulse.
It seems to be organic naturals based, but they are contributing to the environment by using the previously made sake lees again.
It's 10 percent alcohol by volume, but it's still Sentori as usual, and you don't feel the alcohol at all.
It is delicious.
It is well known as "Momoten" (peach heaven). It opens sweet but slightly bitter, with an impression that the aftertaste is not very long. It also has a gassy feeling. When the temperature rises a little, it becomes richly sweet. The sweet aftertaste seems to linger on the tongue, but the lingering aftertaste is surprisingly smooth. It has a slightly sour and fresh fruity taste with a slight tangy texture on the tongue. I may have been pulled in by the image, but it still reminded me of peaches, lol.
This bottle is slightly bitter, with an emphasis on acidity and sourness. Lightly fragrant with a hint of ginjo. Sweetness is restrained. It has the least sweetness of all the Gagakuyo I have had so far. However, as the temperature rises, the umami flavor emerges. I wonder if the taste is similar to that of fruit vinegar. I thought it shines in a meal rather than by itself!

A deliciously sweet sake with a chili-like taste. It tastes fruity, like melon. The initial impression is clean, but the lingering taste is very delicious with a deep sweetness that is like a full-bodied taste, plus umami! The acidity also gave me a fruity image. A crisp and smart junmai sake with an infinite loop! I wonder if the general flavor is of the sweet and sour variety. The rice used is Aiyama, and I thought it might not be the flavor I originally had in mind, but it had a deep or complex sweetness. Very light in the mouth. The mouthfeel is chili, and the acidity itself is not emphasized, but there is a clean acidity! There may have been a bit of a sake feel right after opening the bottle. When it gets close to room temperature, it becomes more like a junmai sake. The "sharp" appearance becomes fuller and a little softer! It has a slightly softer impression!
