I happened to pass by and dropped in. I decided to try a Houou Mita on the spot for a change!
It has a mild aroma, which is rare in these days when there are so many gorgeous wines. The delicate and sweet aroma is very attractive. The smooth, clear brewing water produced a very pleasant tangerine-like sweetness and acidity. It was a very beautiful sake, and before you know it, it had a sharpness to it and disappeared without a trace. Thank you again for this evening's sake.
