I had been thinking that if I was going to drink Senkyoku, I should drink Organic Naturals, and I happened to find one, so I bought it. The cloudy white sake was pleasantly sweet and sour, with a fresh aroma like that of rice paddies wafting quietly through the air. The slightly tingling mouthfeel of the raw sake was released by the woody aroma, sweet and sour like apples and Japanese pears, making it a very light and refreshing sake.
