This is my second repeat bottle of Hana-no-Kagura Shuzo's San-do Yamada-Nishiki, which I have been hooked on since receiving it at the beginning of this year!

When you open the bottle in peace, it's still the sweetest adult cider ever!

This is my second bottle of Hirotogawa Nigori this season. I bought this one when it was first released.
As with the first bottle, there was an energetic sizzle when I opened the bottle, and it took about a minute to finish. Is the level of activity increasing?
It has a stable sweet taste. The acidity is moderate.
The aftertaste is a solid bitterness. But it is not unpleasant.
The balance between drinkability and satisfaction is excellent. I would love to drink it again next year.
