Chain Drink Comparison. The last one is our Jikin! 🤗 I'm glad I got to try the "Yamadanishiki Unfiltered Nama" which I couldn't find this year. 😆 😆 We compared it with NO6, Ash, and Lapis, and of course it was second to none 😋😋! The sweet and savory juices from the beautiful mouthfeel is just the best! 👍 The store's fridge has a full lineup of Jigokin including "Nigori Nama" waiting for you! 😲. Next to them, we even have our favorite Omachi Hana Yuu! They will announce the opening timing on SNS, so I'll have to go back 😁😁. Thanks to Namocca who joined us as a surprise even though it was late 😊😊. Thank you so much to Namokka for joining us even though it was late 😊. Oh, I love offline meetings! Too much fun! Let's have off-line meetings all over the country 😉😉.

Chain drinking comparison. The second bottle of Shinsei is the No6 S-Type! I've never had or seen this one before, totally new to me! 😂 It is less sweet than R, but the umami is strong. It's a mix of sweetness and acidity, which is typical of Shinsei, and it's soooooooooo good! I've never had this before 😋. It's really easy to understand when you compare the two. I'd like to compare R, S, and X side by side someday 🤤🤤. Just as I was doing this luxurious comparison, I received a miraculous gift of 4 bottles of Shinmasa in front of me! 😳 I added the "Ash" and another "Lapis" that Chichi had reviewed and we compared 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 I was so impressed that I forgot to take a picture... 😱. 😱. Thanks to Rika and Chichi for this miraculous gift 🤗🤗.

Chain drinking comparison. Last but not least, a rare sake set! If it's the same price no matter which one you select, you'll want to select something like this, right? I'd love to have a selection like this 😁. I've had R before when I was out drinking, but I never got around to reviewing it, so it was a good thing I did. This is the sweetest of the NO6, but the balance with the acidity is good so it's delicious 😋😋. I think the sweetest type is especially good when it is well chilled 👍 Some people say it is too sweet, but it is brewed at a high level. The last time I was at the liquor store, they were sold out, so next time I want to bring it home and drink it slowly 😆.

Chain drink comparison. Next up was everyone's favorite, Natsujun from Mimuro Sugi! I thought I've had it before, but it was my first time to drink it. My memory is really bad these days.... 💦. It has a refreshing and clean taste, just like a summer sake 😋😋. Gugibigubi-style with gentle sweetness and soft acidity 😆. I drank a little bit of it because it was too good to waste, but it might have been manachi if I drank it at home. 😅 But still, just the fact that it's Mimuro cedar doesn't make me feel safer 😁.

Chain drinking comparison. Next up is Machida Sake Brewery! Every time I read a review of Sakegawa, I knew I would love this one, and I wanted to drink it someday 😁. The well-balanced sweet and sour taste swelled up at once, and I gulped it down while chewing on the umami 😋😋. I knew I had made the right choice 👍 A delicious sake while eating tempura and sashimi. A moment of bliss is what I'm talking about 😆. I wish I could drink this at home too. I'd love to drink this at home too 🤤.

The drinking comparison continues........ These 3 bottles are simply a selection of what I wanted to drink, so there is no theme 😙. We started with our first Kakuemon! But then I was drinking the cool bear label! I'm having trouble remembering the brand name when I buy a packet. 🤣 The well-defined flavor soaks through... ♪ The sake level is +5, but it's not so much dry as it is moderately sweet and tasty and well balanced 😋. I realized after drinking it that it is Omachi! 👍 No wonder it tastes so good 😆😆.

I had a dream to be able to compare Gakkie's drinks... and the next instrumental Masamune was "Kuzujyo Dewa Sanzan"! I was so excited 😆! I'm not familiar with Junjyo and Kuzujyo. 😅 I think Dewa Sanzan was more aromatic. Maybe.... 💦. I can't keep up with the taste analysis from this area, but needless to say, it was delicious 😋😋. I really like the taste of gakki, so I'd like to face it at home .

I had my first gakkie at an offline meeting last November, but this is the first time I've encountered a standard outing! 😳 I don't know what "junjyo" means, but I'm excited just by the fact that it's junmai sake! The Eiko-Fuji sake we compared has a distinct flavor, so it didn't leave much of an impression on me, but I remember it was sweet and delicious and full of flavor 😋😋. I remember that it was very easy to drink and had no peculiarities 🤣🤣. This is why it's so popular 😆👍

The mouthfeel is surprisingly mild. The sourness from the wooden vat brewing process, which is unique to Shinsho, is also moderate. It is like a snowflake and disappears easily ❗️. Drinking Comparison Part 4 Ho-oho Mita Dewa Takabatake Kame-no-o Made with Kame-no-o from Takahata, Yamagata Prefecture, which is famous for its wine! I remember once comparing the taste of taro stew (Nairiku style and Shonai style) while sipping a glass of wine at a winery 😊. You may think it's surprising that wine and imoni go well together ❗️. Especially the Inland style, the beef flavor and the astringent taste of red wine are the best match 👍👍 Oh, I can do it ❗️ This was a review of sake 💦. This one is also refreshing and clear! Sweet and sour taste of white grapes with delayed bitterness. The bitterness is dominant👍 Compared to the Hatsushibori, this one has a stronger bitterness and a sharp impression. But they are both delicious 😁.

You have to go on an expedition to encounter Eiko-Fuji. And with Aizan, there is no choice not to drink it♪ This is the second round of drinking with Gakki, which is not available in Kyushu 👍. The fresh, juicy, and gorgeous flavor that is typical of Eiko-Fuji is burned into my brain 😋😋. Compared to Gakkie, it had a distinct personality and was easily memorable. 😆 😆 I still want to drink it at home with a glass of wine 😋😋😋.

After listening to Chichi and MAJ's detailed explanations, I finally got my head around it 😆. I finally got my head around it 😆. I was so happy to be able to compare 3 different types of this sake I'm so happy💕💕 to be able to compare 3 different types of this sake which is only available at this time of the year. It's impossible 😍😍. Of the three, the Tomita Sake Brewery's Hibi has the most intense and robust flavor 😲. It's very drinkable! Out of the three If you dare to ask me which one is my favorite I preferred Hana-no-Kou no Hibi this time 🎶. It was an interesting discovery to see them side by side and the labels were slightly different from each other.

The last of our daily drinking comparison is the Tomita Shuzo version of Shichibonshari. Reunited with the first collaboration sake we drank 😆. When I drank it by itself, I was analyzing the flavor well, but the sourness of the Sengoku version pushed me to think it was simple! 😅 But it's a gem with excellent balance, though some flavors are not missing 😋. Even though they didn't have the same flavor, each one was definitely delicious with its own one-of-a-kind flavor 😉 😉. I didn't come across the Shiraito version of Shinmasa, but sake is really deep, with the same specs, but different breweries can make it taste so many different flavors 🤗🤗.
