Overall 10 (out of 10)
This sake is from a sake brewery on Iki Island, a remote island in Nagasaki.
I had the Yokoyama Goju last time and enjoyed it so much that I didn't hesitate to buy it when I found it in a drunken tour of Tokyo liquor stores after the Igarashi Sake Brewery's New Breed Festival.
According to the description
According to the description, it has a "fresh and fizzy taste characteristic of new sake, with a muscat aroma and a juicy, sweet taste of biting fruit on the palate.
The description goes on to say.
Delicious 😋.
A truly sharp, sweet and tasty type: ❣️
The rice flavor and slightly stronger sweetness, and the slight spiciness that rises at the same time as the rice flavor and sweetness, is responsible for the sharpness👍😋.
I hope to visit the brewery someday❣️
I had it chilled.
The aroma is as follows.
-Aroma: The aroma of rice 👍
-Aroma: Slightly spicy aroma that passes through the nose.

Good evening shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃.
I haven't had it for almost 3 years since I drank it at the beginning of 2022😅I remember feeling it was too sweet back then 🤔I'll have to drink it again to see how I feel about the sharpness 😙🤗.

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I do think that the sweet type of sake will be the star of the show, but I have the impression that it has a little spiciness at the end and doesn't end up just being sweet 😃.
I would like to try other brands 🍶.
