Continuation of standing bars part2
Tsururei vs Nishikiya
Nishikiya, first encounter.
Apple-like aroma, a sip.
Loose acidity runs through it, though it is sharp.
Not fruity, as is often the case with modern sake these days.
This may transform into a rounded sake when heated up.
Well, since we are in the city center, let's look in different stores.
Let's see 😅
I'm having a drink in Tokyo today.
Arrive early and check in for a standing drink❣️.
We had a Junmai Ginjo drinking comparison.
Tsururei vs Wataya
The first one is Tsururei, which seems to be a sake stored in a snow cellar.
Take a sip with a light mucky smell.
As the name suggests, it is light and dry, with a strong acidity.
Maybe it was too much because I was hungry and didn't have any snacks...
But I've got some good yakitori waiting for me later.
Gaman gaman😅
Good evening, Rika. I felt that it is important to go out for a drink once in a while. I drink a lot at home so I'm taking it easy 😅I'm serious about my drinking 😅and it's good to do that once in a while 😊.
Good evening Harry Sakeboy 🌆.
Drinking party at ZAGIN⁉️?
It's a back hill👍
Sorry for the Ukrainian people, but I hope this peace will last for a long time...
Good evening, Haruei Chichi. The stores are having a real hard time because Corona is still unsettled, and I forgot to take a picture of the sake at the yakitori shop 😅.
I've never seen such a tiny Nabeshima. 300ml, 490 yen!
Aroma of Nabeshima, even though it is tiny. The taste of Nabeshima is very strong in the mouth. The chili flavor is not as expected. However, the umami is also very tangy and has a nice finish. This is delicious. Great for when you want a light drink!
🕺🕺🕺🕺
Nice to meet you ❣️Oita sake 🍶.
It is a sweet and gentle sake.
The rice is well melted ✨.
Spring limited edition sake.
In a recommended wine glass 🥂.
At Kimishimaya.
"We don't carry a lot of sweet stuff.
I was told that the standing bar
I found 🤩 on the menu, so no hesitation!
Miso marinated cheese
It goes well with it.
Aperitif for lunch
Now it is 🌸
Specially grown rice 100% Gohyakumangoku from Nasu
The farmer is also a contract grower and uses less than half the amount of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
Polishing ratio 55
The first sip has a strong alcohol taste typical of Japanese sake and feels like standard sake, but it is delicious and refreshing with no cloying taste.
The more you drink, the more you want more sake.
It's a super king record among king records. This is a medium-sized bottle, so it is quite thick.
It has a strong alcoholic taste that makes it worth drinking.
It's quite delicious.
A very fizzy sake.
There is little aroma for a nigori sake, and it is easy to drink like soda water.
There is a slight sake aroma in the back, but it may not be enough for those who like sake with a strong umami flavor.
The taste is quite refreshing.
But at the end, the flavor spreads to the back of the throat.
It may not be enough for those who like sake with a strong flavor, but I think it is a form of deliciousness.
Yokohama Kimishima-ya limited edition of Matsu no Tsukasa from Matsuse Shuzo, a sake brewery in Shiga prefecture (bought at Ginza store).
I had drunk Matsunohji when I was in Kyoto, but I didn't think it was a collaboration in Kanto, so I bought it as soon as I found it.
It is made from Yamadanishiki produced in the Sannoue district of Ryuoh-cho, and the rice polishing ratio is 50%.
It is very good as a food sake because it is full of flavor while it is refreshing like Matsu no Tsukasa.
When I was drinking it with horse sashimi, it said on the label that it goes well with sukiyaki, so I want to drink it with sukiyaki next time.
It started out fruity, like a white wine, but the more time I spent with it, the more it started to taste a little different...
It wasn't exactly to my liking, but it had a really cute label and was perfect for drinking while feeling the remnants of summer.
Sake after a long time
It seems to be the smallest sake brewery in Akita.
You can feel the mellow sweet aroma in the refreshing sake of Akita.
It is very easy to drink, but it has a good taste.
