Tsururei vs Wataya
The first one is Tsururei, which seems to be a sake stored in a snow cellar.
Take a sip with a light mucky smell.
As the name suggests, it is light and dry, with a strong acidity.
Maybe it was too much because I was hungry and didn't have any snacks...
But I've got some good yakitori waiting for me later.
