Fruity fresh! and not fizzy but slightly carbonated.
It's slightly carbonated, so it has a nice dryness to it. I wonder if dry sake is out of fashion nowadays? I hate carbonated drinks, but not sake. It's delicious.
By the way, there are some elderly customers who come to this store who want a light, dry sake, but... they don't have it here.
The store also uses different types of sake. I like both light sake and dry sake.
