Timeline
けにょThis is the first Ryuriki at the Hanpukai Limited Sake. It seems to be the number one ranking sake brewery in Hyogo prefecture at Sake no Wa, so I'm grateful to have met them. It's a nigorizake with maximum gas pressure, so I chilled it very cold, but it took me about 10 minutes to open it! It's a muscat-flavored adult ramune, and it's very, very good. I'm looking forward to the Fukuhara Sake Shop's limited edition Hanpu-kai sake every month because it never fails to please me. KumakichiWe will have another brand of Suidama from Ryonoseki Brewery, which is famous for Hanaup.
I've had my eye on this bottle made with Yamada Nishiki from Akita Prefecture for a long time, but when I happened to find a 4-pack, I bought it immediately!
Hanaup is characterized by its fruity and gorgeous taste, while Suidama is a gem with a gentle aroma and a delicious taste that spreads slowly in the mouth!
It's a magical sake that goes well with fish!
Alcohol content: 15 degrees
Rice polishing ratio: 50%. けにょIt's been a while since I've checked in, but I'm still buying and drinking sake at my own pace! I got a bottle of Saku 2021 Aizan, so I opened a bottle of Jikin Aizan to compare. Of the many Aizans I've drunk this year, the Zijima has a much drier taste, with a refreshing umami flavor that makes it easy to gulp down. I'm also looking forward to the nigori (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) KumakichiAt long last, the long awaited shipment of this sake has begun!
Juburoku (doburoku) from Takeshige Honke Shuzo!
This doburoku is only shipped every year from the second half of October to March, and because it's unpasteurized and the yeast is still alive, it must not be placed horizontally in a PET bottle with a hole in the lid!
Just as it is described as sweet and sour Awaraku, this is a doburoku that overturns the concept of doburoku you've been drinking!
It was a fun bottle that had enough sweetness from the rice that when you grinded the remaining rice grains underneath, you could feel the slight foaming and pleasant acidity spreading.
Because of the low alcohol content, you can guzzle it down with a glass, so even if you have three bottles in your fridge, it probably won't last more than two weeks.
If you like sweet sake, muddled sake, or doburoku, this is a limited time bottle that you should definitely try!
Contents: 1440ml
Alcohol content: 5%.
日々是酩酊🍶
It has a subtle hint of pear and citrus with a trinity of umami, acidity and bitterness.
A pleasant bitterness lingers on the tongue as an aftertaste.
Definitely kumquat-like!
Delicious!
I think it would be good to pair it with dark sweet dishes, whether Japanese or Western style. KumakichiWe opened a bottle of Junmai Ginjo "Rz55 Kame-no-o" from Ryoseki Shuzo, which we always love to drink Hanaup.
The aroma and mouthfeel are of ripe fruit, like bananas. The aroma and mouthfeel are of ripe fruit, like a banana.
It is crisp and dry with the sweetness and flavor of Kamenoo.
It was a very well balanced taste that I liked.
Rice polishing ratio: 55% (Kame no o)
Alcohol content: 16 degrees
Takachiyo亀の尾100% 59 Takachiyo 限定流通品 CHAPTER NINE純米吟醸原酒生酒無濾過 KumakichiThe ninth stage of my first Takachiyo's Goktaka
I've never drunk the first 8 bullets, but I love Kame-no-o, so I tried it for the first time!
It has a mild sweetness and a delicious taste with a bitter chocolate aftertaste!
I want to try the rest of the CHAPTER.
Rice polishing ratio: 59% (Kame no o 100%)
Alcohol content: 16 degrees hirokoI love Kame-no-o too.
I want to drink this one! けにょI went to a liquor store in Shinbashi to get another Genmai Harmonic Emotion, which was by far the best sake I've had recently. There are so many kinds of Sanguiku that I haven't been able to keep up with it, but it was selling like hotcakes while I was looking at it. The ginjo aroma was modest and it was easy to drink. I was also able to capture Genmai without incident, and I was also able to purchase Matsuro's egg rolls at Tsukiji, so I was very satisfied (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) 休肝鳥I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a good idea. けにょGood evening, resting bird! We have 3 sake drinkers in our house, so the best sake is a bottle of sake 😀 The guy at the liquor store said that the 4-pack bottles run out quickly 😢 Shokuro is a flavor that I can never make at home, so sometimes I just want to eat it ☺️. けにょI drank Tootsuru for the first time at the Hanpukai. There are many flashy and delicious sake in Saga such as Nabeshima and Kou Kiku, but I couldn't get my hands on Tozuru, so I appreciate this opportunity. It's a lightly nigori nama-shu made from a traditional sake brewing process, so the sweetness of the lactic acid and the freshness of the fizz will soak into your tired body. The label is also very soft and soothing (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) けにょWhen I went to pick up my hanpukai sake, I found Hanamura, which I had never seen before, so I tried it for the first time. I remember the Rikuhada nama-shu I drank at Eiraku Shokudo in Akita was very good. When I opened it last week, it still had a hard impression, but when I drank it today, the soft umami opened up and it became a very tasty sake. I'm going to keep it in the fridge for a while, along with the Kouragiku Ikumo. ふとくぼ🔰Sweet pear aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet like honey with the flavor of chili pear. The taste of rice is also felt beyond the sweetness. It is quite sweet like Eikoh-fuji. However, it has some astringency, so the aftertaste is quite refreshing. It's delicious. It is the best among the Eikoh-fuji I drank so far.
🕺🕺🕺🕺🕺 KumakichiRecently, during the Hiyaoroshi season, I've had a lot of fall sake that I've been wanting to drink, and my refrigerator has been filling up!
So I'm going to have a glass of Wakakoma's Hiyaoroshi, which I bought on impulse and kept chilled.
Rice polishing ratio: 70% (100% Omachi)
Alcohol content: 16.5
The aroma is banana like with a hint of soft umami, followed by juicy acidity and a lingering finish.
This has got to be one of my favorite bottles! あまのI bought this sake because I heard that it was made for Fukuhara Sake Shop and was in the class of a prize competition.
The aroma is refreshing and somewhat like muscat.
The sweetness is a little subdued, but you can feel it well, and it has a slight sourness and bitterness that disappear.
Although it is alcoholic, it is not an unpleasant alcoholic feeling. あまのThe scent is not too assertive, it's like a fresh muscat.
When you drink it, the intense sweetness and umami taste comes, and the sourness spreads to your mouth slowly.
However, the sweetness is not too persistent, so you will not get tired of drinking it.
It is very delicious! けにょMy first Eikun. I've never had a sake that tasted like muscat, so I was surprised. I thought it would be a challenging sake with its pop label, but it is a sweet and fruity sake in the category of sake. I would like to try Eikun's regular line as well (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) けにょThis is the first time we had this sake in the Hanpukai. It's a lovely sake with a lovely label design using flower yeast. It has a fruity taste, more like a fruit than a flower. The sweetness is perfectly balanced. It was a delicious drink that can be drunk with dessert. けにょLast night was a fun house drinking party with friends. I can't wait to get together with everyone and have a drinking party. I've been drinking a lot of Jikin's Hakutsuru Nishiki and it's the most gorgeous, sweet and delicious. I hope we can meet again next year(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) としちゃんNiigata sake that I was interested in.
It doesn't have much aroma.
In the mouth, it is ----
Sour!
The sourness of the fermentation system.
It tastes like a yogurt whey.
I've had this one before.
Isn't it a Shinsei flax cat?
It's a challenge.
You can enjoy the sake on its own.
I like it.
