There are so many kinds of Sanguiku that I haven't been able to keep up with it, but it was selling like hotcakes while I was looking at it. The ginjo aroma was modest and it was easy to drink. It's a lightly nigori nama-shu made from a traditional sake brewing process, so the sweetness of the lactic acid and the freshness of the fizz will soak into your tired body. The label is also very soft and soothing (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) けにょWhen I went to pick up my hanpukai sake, I found Hanamura, which I had never seen before, so I tried it for the first time. I remember the Rikuhada nama-shu I drank at Eiraku Shokudo in Akita was very good. When I opened it last week, it still had a hard impression, but when I drank it today, the soft umami opened up and it became a very tasty sake. I'm going to keep it in the fridge for a while, along with the Kouragiku Ikumo. ふとくぼ🔰Sweet pear aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it is sweet like honey with the flavor of chili pear. The taste of rice is also felt beyond the sweetness. It is quite sweet like Eikoh-fuji. However, it has some astringency, so the aftertaste is quite refreshing. It's delicious. It is the best among the Eikoh-fuji I drank so far.

So I'm going to have a glass of Wakakoma's Hiyaoroshi, which I bought on impulse and kept chilled.

This has got to be one of my favorite bottles! あまのI bought this sake because I heard that it was made for Fukuhara Sake Shop and was in the class of a prize competition.
The aroma is refreshing and somewhat like muscat.
The sweetness is a little subdued, but you can feel it well, and it has a slight sourness and bitterness that disappear.
Although it is alcoholic, it is not an unpleasant alcoholic feeling. あまのThe scent is not too assertive, it's like a fresh muscat.
When you drink it, the intense sweetness and umami taste comes, and the sourness spreads to your mouth slowly.
However, the sweetness is not too persistent, so you will not get tired of drinking it.
It is very delicious! けにょMy first Eikun. I've never had a sake that tasted like muscat, so I was surprised. I thought it would be a challenging sake with its pop label, but it is a sweet and fruity sake in the category of sake. I would like to try Eikun's regular line as well (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) けにょThis is the first time we had this sake in the Hanpukai. It's a lovely sake with a lovely label design using flower yeast. It has a fruity taste, more like a fruit than a flower. The sweetness is perfectly balanced. It was a delicious drink that can be drunk with dessert. けにょLast night was a fun house drinking party with friends. I can't wait to get together with everyone and have a drinking party. I've been drinking a lot of Jikin's Hakutsuru Nishiki and it's the most gorgeous, sweet and delicious. I hope we can meet again next year(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) としちゃんNiigata sake that I was interested in.
