My first Iwaki Kotobuki was served in the hanpukai. I think this is the first time for me to drink sake made from Koshihikari rice. It is a nigori sake with a fizzy, fruity, sweet, and tasty flavor, and I finished it in no time. It has no bitterness, which is often found in nigori sake, and is very tasty. It is perfect as an aperitif.
