Kumakichi
W Yamadanishiki Junmai from Watanabe Shuzo, a brewery I once visited in Hida.
Even though it is a junmai sake, the Yamada Nishiki is polished to 45%, giving it a rich sweet flavor with a great impact!
On the first day, the aroma was fresh, like apples, but on the second day, the sweetness and taste was like pears, and the acidity and umami were heavy!
Last time, I had a 35 Junmai Daiginjo, also from W, but the 45 was also a very tasty bottle!
Alcohol content: 17 degrees
Rice polishing ratio: 45
