It has been a long time since I was able to visit Mimasu. The aroma is fresh yet gorgeous. When you put it in your mouth, the aroma spreads at once. Slightly sour and astringent? Bitter taste? and bitterness, and it does not linger. Delicious!

One bottle I ordered from Furusato. I was looking forward to it because it is not available near Kuheiji. The aroma is subdued and refreshing. The taste is gaseous, followed by a slight sourness and the umami of the rice. It is not particularly sweet, but it is the type of wine that one does not get tired of drinking. Delicious.

The aroma is more fruity than I expected. I thought it would have a lactobacillus feel to it, but it has a sweet pineapple or pear type aroma. Taste: sweetness and umami spread out and disappear with bitterness. Delicious.

One of the recommended bottles. The aroma is slightly sweet and sour. There is also a freshness like green apple. The taste has a smooth texture, umami, astringency, and sharpness. Personally, I think the sweetness is a little weak. I feel it is a little weak in sweetness.

I found this bottle when I went back to my parents' house. Wataya was delicious as a food sake, so I was curious and bought it. The aroma is slightly sour. The taste is smooth and umami, with a hint of sourness at the end.

The first drink in a long time of my return to health. The aroma is slightly sour pineapple. Taste is delicious, sweet and sour. A little bitterness. It has the acidity that is unique to cel24, but it is also a little bitter and refreshing. Delicious!
