けにょWhen I was watching TV last night, I saw a special on the Shinsei Sake Brewery on E-television, so I pulled out the Shinsei from the refrigerator and compared them. I thought how hard it must be to brew sake rice without pesticides in a marginal village, but I was also fascinated by the beautiful scenery. I don't really follow Shinsei that much, but I love Yono-tori and capture it whenever I see it. I'd like to try a bottle of Yono-tori Spark once.
