I had been curious about "Rz50" Sweet Emotion at Ryoseki Brewery, which has been the talk of the town for a long time. Sweet Emotion, which I had been curious about for a long time, was put on sale at Ryoseki Shuzo, a popular sake brewery in Hanamari. The name reminded me for a moment of Nanase Aikawa? The name reminded me of Nanase Aikawa, but how does it taste? It's not as glamorous as Hana Yuu, which I love and drink often, but it has a soft sweet flavor that spreads gradually and is crisp and clean. A bottle with a very elegant sweet and umami taste! First time drinking "Wakaze THE CLASSIC" of French origin. This junmai sake made with rice from Camarigues and brewed in France was a very light, low-alcohol bottle that was very easy to drink! The first sip is characterized by strawberry-like sweetness and refreshing acidity, followed by a crisp and refreshing taste, probably due to the hard water in France. This is a sake that divides opinion on both sides, but I think this is a good one! However, at a little over 2,400 yen, I'm not sure it's a very good value for money... A sake buddy (colleague) who often goes to Shinshu for snowboarding kept recommending Kurosawa Usunigori. The ranking is not that high, but no way! I found it at a liquor store in the ward ‼︎and it was inexpensive ‼︎I started with the No. 4 bottle for a trial. It's a delicious ‼︎I really like the taste of the lactic acid type. I know it says the flavor changes over time, but I finished it in 2 days. The taste for this price is too cosy for the ministry and I will definitely go back to buy more ministry.

My first Iwaki Kotobuki was served in the hanpukai. I think this is the first time for me to drink sake made from Koshihikari rice. It is a nigori sake with a fizzy, fruity, sweet, and tasty flavor, and I finished it in no time. It has no bitterness, which is often found in nigori sake, and is very tasty. It is perfect as an aperitif.

W Yamadanishiki Junmai from Watanabe Shuzo, a brewery I once visited in Hida. Even though it is a junmai sake, the Yamada Nishiki is polished to 45%, giving it a rich sweet flavor with a great impact! On the first day, the aroma was fresh, like apples, but on the second day, the sweetness and taste was like pears, and the acidity and umami were heavy! Last time, I had a 35 Junmai Daiginjo, also from W, but the 45 was also a very tasty bottle! Alcohol content: 17 degrees Rice polishing ratio: 45
