KumakichiI had been curious about "Rz50" Sweet Emotion at Ryoseki Brewery, which has been the talk of the town for a long time.
Sweet Emotion, which I had been curious about for a long time, was put on sale at Ryoseki Shuzo, a popular sake brewery in Hanamari.
The name reminded me for a moment of Nanase Aikawa? The name reminded me of Nanase Aikawa, but how does it taste?
It's not as glamorous as Hana Yuu, which I love and drink often, but it has a soft sweet flavor that spreads gradually and is crisp and clean.
A bottle with a very elegant sweet and umami taste!
Rice polishing ratio: 50% (100% Gohyakumangoku)
Alcohol content: 16%. こしょうYesterday I drank with some acquaintances 🍶 of the Jizin I was able to buy last week.
I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it is as good as the Junmai Ginjo, with a good balance of acidity and umami 😋.
It went very well with magochi tempura 🐟.
こしょうI drank before I took the picture 😝😝.
I can't help it lol
Last Saturday I went sake shopping and got 3 bottles!
By the way, this is the one I won from the Twitter campaign at Fukuhara Sake Shop, where only 12 people won 🌈!
Today I bought a bottle of Akabu's Natsukasumi 🎐. *
Fresh aroma like grapefruit, gentle umami, acidity and slight bitterness.
It's like a summer sake, and it's great when chilled 🧊.
Today I bought some conger eel sushi to go with it 𓆞
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening here too, pepper 😃.
You've done some good shopping👍.
I'm sure the cold summer sake and the conger eel sushi will go well together 😊.
Looks like a good match 😊. こしょうGood evening Jay & Nobby ⭐.
I bought the conger eel and it was a no-brainer 😆👍 えりりん
Oh shit💦💦.
I️ ordered it from the store and left it there.
I have to go pick it up🙀.
Congratulations on your win 🎊🎉! つよーだいGood evening, Mr. Kosho 😁I say it's now! Feeling like you've used up all your luck for the year? 🤣 lol こしょうErin, good morning 🌞.
Take it back and drink it lol. こしょうGood morning, Tsuyodai 🌞.
I hit something at least once a year, so this year might be the end lol. KubomanI drank it around the beginning of April. It was just so delicious and I would love to drink it again!
KumakichiThe second half of GW is here! We opened a bottle of Akita Sake Komachi from Hana Yuu, which we had stocked up on in time for the
Hana Yuu is a rare sake that received exceptional technical guidance from President Takagi of Yamagata's famous sake "Jyushiyo. Everything from the rice selection to the label and name was supervised by Takagi Sake Brewery." Excerpt from SAKETIMES
We stopped by the sake shop that stocks this Hanamup stably, and after agonizing over which of the five different types of sake rice to choose, we decided on Akita Sakekomachi Nama-shu this time!
The first sip had a very delicate top note, and the first sip was like biting into a ripe white peach, with a sweet flavor and pleasant acidity that I liked very much!
I almost drank almost 5 gou of it because I lost track of how much I drank in one bottle....
Rice polishing ratio: 50% (100% Akita Sake Komachi)

KumakichiHarry Sakeboy Good evening. Hana Yuu is delicious. I would like to try it if I can find it. It is difficult for me to buy a bottle of Hana Yuu, but I will buy it without hesitation! あまのFrom the moment it is opened, it has a mellow, sweet, fruity aroma.
It has a slightly sour taste.
As soon as you taste it in your mouth, you feel the mild sweetness, then the sourness, then the alcohol, and then it disappears. KumakichiFirst time drinking "Wakaze THE CLASSIC" of French origin.
This junmai sake made with rice from Camarigues and brewed in France was a very light, low-alcohol bottle that was very easy to drink!
The first sip is characterized by strawberry-like sweetness and refreshing acidity, followed by a crisp and refreshing taste, probably due to the hard water in France.
This is a sake that divides opinion on both sides, but I think this is a good one!
However, at a little over 2,400 yen, I'm not sure it's a very good value for money...
However, I am glad that sake is spreading overseas more and more!

It was delicious♪ KubomanA sake buddy (colleague) who often goes to Shinshu for snowboarding kept recommending Kurosawa Usunigori. The ranking is not that high, but no way! I found it at a liquor store in the ward ‼︎and it was inexpensive ‼︎I started with the No. 4 bottle for a trial.
It's a delicious ‼︎I really like the taste of the lactic acid type. I know it says the flavor changes over time, but I finished it in 2 days.
The taste for this price is too cosy for the ministry and I will definitely go back to buy more ministry. けにょMy first Iwaki Kotobuki was served in the hanpukai. I think this is the first time for me to drink sake made from Koshihikari rice. It is a nigori sake with a fizzy, fruity, sweet, and tasty flavor, and I finished it in no time. It has no bitterness, which is often found in nigori sake, and is very tasty. It is perfect as an aperitif. KumakichiW Yamadanishiki Junmai from Watanabe Shuzo, a brewery I once visited in Hida.
Even though it is a junmai sake, the Yamada Nishiki is polished to 45%, giving it a rich sweet flavor with a great impact!
On the first day, the aroma was fresh, like apples, but on the second day, the sweetness and taste was like pears, and the acidity and umami were heavy!
Last time, I had a 35 Junmai Daiginjo, also from W, but the 45 was also a very tasty bottle!
Alcohol content: 17 degrees
Rice polishing ratio: 45 けにょThe first Yui Yui was a limited edition sake from the hanpukai. I was told that the brewery is owned by a female toji, so I opened my mouth imagining a gentle sake like Amami or Genmai, but it was a very easy to drink, sweet and gentle sake. It was a very sweet and gentle sake that was easy to drink. I think I will be able to sleep well early on Sunday night. フニャコ2022/2 Gas sensitivity small けにょWhen I was watching TV last night, I saw a special on the Shinsei Sake Brewery on E-television, so I pulled out the Shinsei from the refrigerator and compared them. I thought how hard it must be to brew sake rice without pesticides in a marginal village, but I was also fascinated by the beautiful scenery. I don't really follow Shinsei that much, but I love Yono-tori and capture it whenever I see it. I'd like to try a bottle of Yono-tori Spark once. ばび3 grains of Omine, cooked, Aizan

On a chilly night, we opened a bottle of the last snowman of the year, which is perfect for the season!
The last time I drank it, I liked the taste, so I bought a bottle.
The first glass is the supernatant, and the second glass is mixed with the ori.
As always, this is a light beer with a great taste of rice.
If it were a four-pack bottle, I'd drink it in small sips, but I'm glad that with the one bottle, I can drink it all the time and not run out.
It's hard to buy a bottle of sake in a household refrigerator because of the storage problem, but this year I'd like to try my best to make my dream of buying a sake refrigerator that can store a bottle of sake come true.
