Yesterday I drank with some acquaintances 🍶 of the Jizin I was able to buy last week.
I drank Junmai Ginjo before, and it is as good as the Junmai Ginjo, with a good balance of acidity and umami 😋.
It went very well with magochi tempura 🐟.
