Milky delicious sake with a slightly good ginjo aroma. The sweetness and spiciness are medium. Sake has a beautiful sake quality, but with a nigori unrefined feel. 😋😋😋😋
No gassy feeling.
This is a limited edition from Koyama Shoten, mixing nigori from daiginjo to honjozo. Ding nigori sake 🍶 instead of rice for dinner.
The Kikuhime nigori was sold out, so we chose this one, the lowest priced of the three, which the waiter told us were the current fire-brewed nigori: Dawn Mae, Koigawa, and Ding.
It is 2,118 yen without tax, high cospa👍.
Today we explored daily sake at Koyama Shoten, the Disneyland of local sake.
I was in search of an inexpensive bottle of sake that would be good during dinner, and decided on Toyoka. And if it was a special order from Koyama Shoten, it was sure to be delicious!
Well, open the bottle........it's a draft sake, so it has a fresh gasiness and a refreshing sweetness that spreads out. As a mealtime sake, the lingering alcohol taste also enhances the food. It goes well with fish, meat, and anything else.
Recently, I have been unintentionally buying sake from breweries in Nagano Prefecture. That is why Nagano Prefecture produces such excellent sake.
