I couldn't resist and opened the bottle on Saturday morning.
It has a pleasant flavor that is slightly different from the usual Tasake.
Delicious.
It's so sweet that it's hard to believe it's Kouei Chrysanthemum.
And maybe it's the amount of time it has been laid down, but it's so mellow.
It is also good.
Today's sake is a 2023 Junmai-shu from Keiraku 😀 After drinking a lot of fruity Kizuchi, I thought it would be too much like sake to drink at home.
After drinking a lot of fruity Kido, I thought it would be hard to drink something too sake-like at home, so I chose this Junmai-shu from 寫楽さん.
It is a delicious sake with a fruity taste combined with a robust rice flavor 😀.
It brought our house back to life after the short summer break 😀.

We compared the tasting sakes, one brought to room temperature for tasting and one kept chilled, and this one for tasting brought to room temperature might taste better than the chilled one 🤣.
The chilled one is just too beautiful to swallow without anything stuck to it😅.

I purchased this Nakanori-san during a sake shop tour in Kita-Osaka with Rafa-san. I finally opened it👍.
I was a little bit nervous about the Wakanami that you recommended, but this impressive label won my heart 😅.
According to the store's explanation, it is a blend of junmai ginjo and junmai daiginjo with only the "blame" part.
The "Sekime" is the part that is squeezed at the end and is rarely made into a product.
The idea of collecting them and making one bottle is amazing.
The brewer is from Hiroshima Prefecture, so the word "buti" means "very, great, mega" in the Hiroshima dialect.
The word "hyena" means "to crowd" or "to mix".
The handwritten label and the name are sure to be a hit with everyone. ‼️
The taste is still full of body, but it's delicious 😋💕It's full of complex flavors right after you put it in your mouth, but once you swallow it all, you'll find that it's delicious and the glasses will go down one after another. It was a strange and delicious drink 😊💕
