After pondering what to do 💦, I decided to go with Junmai Ginjo regardless of the brand 😅.
The aroma is mature, but the flavor is slightly fruity and the mouthfeel is refreshing and easy to drink 😍.

The awaibuki was the best match for my hot body 😀. haniwa56I went to buy other sake and found it, so I bought it. I have had Tasake Special Junmai before, but this was my first time drinking Kojonishiki.
The aroma was strong and the taste was delicious, just like Tasake. It is also delicious.

We opened a bottle of 寫楽's Summer Gin Usu Nigori 😀.
This sake was pressed for the summer, bottled after one heat treatment, and then stored before shipping 😇.
The first aroma was melon, but the nuance was a bit quiet and subdued 😀.
In the mouth, it has a refreshing acidity as if it was made with summer sake in mind, but it also has the delicious nigori taste of rice 😇.
The aftertaste was also clean and crisp, making it a delicious sake that can easily be paired with any dish😇.

I recently opened a bottle of this new sake from Koueikiku, which I was very curious about after reading many comments on Sake no Wawa😇.
As you commented, I chilled it properly and quietly turned the plastic part around the stopper gently, but at that moment the stopper blew out and I was surprised 🤣‼️
I was even more surprised when the cork blew out and the top clear liquid was safely removed. ‼️🤣
The top nose was quite mature, but in the mouth it was delicious with a strong piquancy and quiet fruity sensation.
The fresh rice flavor was also very tasty 😇.

Today's sake is also from the Winter Nigorinpik, a light nigori sake from Tasake.
Actually, this sake has been aged at freezing point in our sake cellar for 6 months since I heard in a post by Sake-no-Wawa that new sake is a little bit cloudy 🤣.
I don't know what it tasted like at first, but the taste I got today after a little aging was very refreshing and the fruity acidity was very pronounced.

Mr. Tasake is easy to find in some places and difficult to find in others, but we are lucky to be able to get it rather easily 😀. ヤスベェThe last in our series of "Nama-Shu" (aka "raw sake") to be released for drinking while it's still tasty is Jikin's Jungin Omachi Nama-Shu 😇!
I looked at the list of sake that I can buy with my points at the liquor store I frequent and found a four-pack of Jikin Toku Jun Hi-ire and a bottle of this Jikin Jungin Omachi Nama Sake...now which one should I buy 🤣.
I decided to go for the bottle I usually don't buy because I had a bottle of Toku Junsei that I had just opened in my cellar and I thought this might be my last chance to get a bottle of this season's Jijikin Nama Sake 🤣.
It was great to compare the Toku Junsei and Jungin Omachi Nama for the first time 😇.
Both are wonderfully balanced, just like Jikin-sama 😇.
However, when compared to the Jungin Omachi, I felt that the Jungin Omachi was more balanced and all the flavors were more pronounced 😀.
Kaorin preferred the Jungin Yumachi, which had a more balanced and gorgeous flavor, while I preferred the Toku Junsei, which had a more delicate and balanced flavor 🤣.

Today I brought a Junmai Daiginjo Nama Watabune from Nanabonjari, which I received from the Kadoya Sake Shop's hanpukai a long time ago 😀.
I could smell the ginjo aroma, but it was a more robust and sturdy sake 😇.
I had an image of Shichibonspear as a light and dry sake, but thanks to the addition of the junmai daiginjo, it had a gorgeous fruity aroma until the middle of drinking, and from there it quickly became sharp and strong 😀 It is a dry sake, but it has the strength of a bento.
