Today's sake is a 2023 Junmai-shu from Keiraku 😀 After drinking a lot of fruity Kizuchi, I thought it would be too much like sake to drink at home.
After drinking a lot of fruity Kido, I thought it would be hard to drink something too sake-like at home, so I chose this Junmai-shu from 寫楽さん.
It is a delicious sake with a fruity taste combined with a robust rice flavor 😀.
It brought our house back to life after the short summer break 😀.

We compared the tasting sakes, one brought to room temperature for tasting and one kept chilled, and this one for tasting brought to room temperature might taste better than the chilled one 🤣.
The chilled one is just too beautiful to swallow without anything stuck to it😅.
The room temperature one spread the sweet and delicious flavor and filled my mouth with deliciousness😇

I purchased this Nakanori-san during a sake shop tour in Kita-Osaka with Rafa-san. I finally opened it👍.
I was a little bit nervous about the Wakanami that you recommended, but this impressive label won my heart 😅.
According to the store's explanation, it is a blend of junmai ginjo and junmai daiginjo with only the "blame" part.
The "Sekime" is the part that is squeezed at the end and is rarely made into a product.
The idea of collecting them and making one bottle is amazing.
The brewer is from Hiroshima Prefecture, so the word "buti" means "very, great, mega" in the Hiroshima dialect.
The word "hyena" means "to crowd" or "to mix".
The handwritten label and the name are sure to be a hit with everyone. ‼️
The taste is still full of body, but it's delicious 😋💕It's full of complex flavors right after you put it in your mouth, but once you swallow it all, you'll find that it's delicious and the glasses will go down one after another. It was a strange and delicious drink 😊💕

Actually, it's my first time to drink Koei Kiku 🤣.
The first thing to do is to open the bottle... I chilled it enough to open the bottle and although it didn't blow out, it made a great noise at the moment of opening 🤣.
I compared the sake with the top clear, nigori and chilled sake, and was surprised at the difference in taste between the top clear and the nigori. ⁉️
In the case of the superfine, only the acidity stood out, but by mixing the two, it turned out to be a very well-balanced and delicious sake 😇.
In the case of light nigori, there are times when the two sakes are of the same strain and sometimes the flavor changes when mixed, but this sake turned out to be delicious, so I am even more pleased 😇.

Finally, the 3-day weekend starting tomorrow is the beginning of GW 🤣.
So tonight I opened a bottle of Hanaboe's Splash as a pep talk to myself🤣.
I like the name because it sounds like it's going to blow up 😀.
I was able to slowly turn the screw cap to open the bottle, but nothing happened 🤣.
Just as I was thinking it was just the name, the phone rang and I took my eyes off the phone for a second, but when the call ended and I looked at the sake, it had auto-stirred on its own and spewed out quite a bit 😅.
I just left it there and wondered what happened 🤣.
I got myself together and tasted it... it was a carbonated drink made with mucilla thick calpis stock 😀.
The petit carbonation and the thick lactic acidic taste pops in your mouth 😀.
I like this kind of sensation, so I enjoyed it very much 😇.
On the three-day weekend starting tomorrow, I plan to walk deep into the mountains of Wakayama once with my wife for a walking tour and visit Heiwa Sake Shop, an antenna store of Kido in Wakayama City Station 😀.

The owner of the liquor store where I bought this sake and the brewery were talking about it on Instagram and they were already talking about the Junmai Ginjo Summer of Celebration 🤣.
The season in the world of sake is much different and faster than my world 😅.
Not to be too far behind the times, I opened a bottle of this sake today😇
It was an easy to drink sake with a good balance of all the flavors that is typical of spring sake 😀.
By the way, according to Pon-chan's comment, it tastes better after a few days, so I'm looking forward to the change in taste 😇.
