From my point of view, I am happy that Pon-chan, who has been my best friend since I came to Sake-no-wa, is pleased with me 😀. haniwa56It's been a long time since I've tasted Tobikirou. This may be my first Junmai Ginjo. The aroma is not so much, but it's very clear and crisp like Tobikirou. It has a nice sharpness and is delicious.

When we went to the liquor store, the fridge was lonely, probably due to the Obon holiday 😩.
And they have mainly sake bottles and not so many Yong bottles 🤣.
After pondering what to do 💦, I decided to go with Junmai Ginjo regardless of the brand 😅.
The aroma is mature, but the flavor is slightly fruity and the mouthfeel is refreshing and easy to drink 😍.

There were so many of us that we ended up drinking only one glass, so I don't remember much of the taste, but we wanted to drink a variety of sake and everyone had different tastes, so there was nothing we could do to satisfy everyone 🤣.

I like a shwashy sake with yakiniku, so I often pair it with Sansho-san, but today I'm opening a bottle of Ona-san sparkling sake that we just had at home 😀.
I have not had a bottle of Ona-san since the Nigorinpik, but it has the expected schwarziness 🤣.

It was a delicious Tochigi Ai ❤️ sake that was as good as Kumamoto Prefecture's sparkling sake 😇

I took the liberty of thinking that you two were the first Ona-san on the main road, so I was a bit surprised that the sparkling was the first 🤣.

However, I opened a bottle of the one I had when I was on my Bon vacation.
Tasake's approach is a little different from the refreshing or acidic ones.

The clear and crisp flavor is a good summer drink. haniwa56Dragonfly found. I bought it because I had enjoyed drinking Akabontonbo at a tavern before. This is my first Blue Dragonfly. The bottle looks cool and suitable for summer. It has a little bit of nigori.
It is my favorite type of sake, with a nice aroma and a delicious flavor. It was delicious, with a nice crispness and a refreshing taste. The awaibuki was the best match for my hot body 😀. haniwa56I went to buy other sake and found it, so I bought it. I have had Tasake Special Junmai before, but this was my first time drinking Kojonishiki.
The aroma was strong and the taste was delicious, just like Tasake. It is also delicious.

We opened a bottle of 寫楽's Summer Gin Usu Nigori 😀.
This sake was pressed for the summer, bottled after one heat treatment, and then stored before shipping 😇.
The first aroma was melon, but the nuance was a bit quiet and subdued 😀.
In the mouth, it has a refreshing acidity as if it was made with summer sake in mind, but it also has the delicious nigori taste of rice 😇.
The aftertaste was also clean and crisp, making it a delicious sake that can easily be paired with any dish😇.
We paired it with sashimi. I brought this bottle without any information or preconceptions. I was looking forward to opening the bottle and starting from the aroma...
The aroma is not that strong and dry 😅⁉️😅

While yesterday's new Koei Kiku, today's is the Snow ⭐️ Crescent that we've had many times, but it's a little different 🤣.
Actually, this one was made in May 2023 and aged for more than 2 years below freezing by a liquor store in Kochira before being sold😇.
It has the mellowness of any Koeikiku sake I know 😀.
It's less like Koueikiku, but it's still a mellow and delicious sake 😀.
I guess it depends on your taste, but it was delicious to see a different expression of Koei-Kiku 😇. I recently opened a bottle of this new sake from Koueikiku, which I was very curious about after reading many comments on Sake no Wawa😇.
As you commented, I chilled it properly and quietly turned the plastic part around the stopper gently, but at that moment the stopper blew out and I was surprised 🤣‼️
I was even more surprised when the cork blew out and the top clear liquid was safely removed. ‼️🤣
The top nose was quite mature, but in the mouth it was delicious with a strong piquancy and quiet fruity sensation.
The fresh rice flavor was also very tasty 😇.

Today's sake is also from the Winter Nigorinpik, a light nigori sake from Tasake.
Actually, this sake has been aged at freezing point in our sake cellar for 6 months since I heard in a post by Sake-no-Wawa that new sake is a little bit cloudy 🤣.
I don't know what it tasted like at first, but the taste I got today after a little aging was very refreshing and the fruity acidity was very pronounced.
I don't know what it would have tasted like if I drank it right away, but after the petit-aging process, the acidic fruitiness was present and made it a very tasty sake😇. まつちよGood evening Yasbaye 🍶🍶.
