After coming back from drinking out, I prepared Shiga's Junmai Shichibonjari as a heated sake to change the taste for tomorrow's Kojo-zake drinking contest 😀 I was sure it would go well with heated sake, so I compared heated sake and room temperature sake.
I compared the heated sake and the room temperature sake, hoping that the heated sake would go well with the heated sake.......................fail 🤣.
It was a nice light and dry sake at room temperature, but when I heated it up, the taste in my mouth was not what I was expecting 😅.
It was not the same as heated sake, but it was very good as a light dry sake at room temperature, so from tomorrow I'm going to compare this sake with kijoshu instead of heated sake🤣.

Continuing from yesterday's hope, I decided to drink and cheer 😀.
I like the idea of reviving from hope 😀.
I bought this sake after reading Rafa papa's post and knowing that it is also sold from the wishes of the brewer and the distributor 😀.
But my impression after drinking it is... too good 😀.
Even if they didn't go out of their way to say it was for disaster relief, it was a refreshing yet gentle sake that brought us back to life 😀.
I even tried heating it up, but it was so delicious as it was, I didn't bother to heat it up 😀.
It's nice to be able to support Hokuriku while enjoying such a delicious experience 😀.

I skipped yesterday because I participated in another event, but today I'm back to the Nigorinpic again 😀.
However, I had a glass of Osaka's local sake nigori and usunigori yesterday as well, so the streak continues 🤣.
Today I opened a bottle of Tasake light nigori 😀.
The other two I opened earlier were the light nigori from Machida Shuzo and Urasato 😀.
Tasake was the driest of the three, but even though it was dry, it was delicious with a fruity taste that was very sharp 😳.
By the way, I learned in yesterday's sake navigator workshop that you shouldn't drink water in between sake tasting... I didn't know that 😅.
I put it into practice today and it really is easy to tell the difference 😇
Today's entrée was a cheese made from soybeans produced in Senshu, Osaka 🧀 that I specially asked to share with us because it was so good at an Osaka Izakaya yesterday!
It's a great accompaniment to sake. ❤️
