Abukuma Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake Today is February 22... 😻😺😻🙀. So the picture is of Rafa🐈! It has nothing to do with sake 😅. I'm Abukuma😊. I often drink from the Kadoya Sake store hanpukai! Very tasty every time... 😋. This time I bought it myself not from the hanpukai ✌️ The day after I bought it... bouken also drank the same Abukuma and gave a review of it. I was so happy... 😳 I'm so happy... 😌. 　Mild but fruity... 　Heavy umami with a kick... 　I feel a meloniness towards the end... Just like bouken's review. It was a very tasty sake 🤣. I wish I could write a review like this! I'm about to get it from Kadoya Sake Shop's hanpukai. I'm going to pick up my hanpukai this weekend 😁. I'm going to pick up my hanpukai this weekend. I'll be there this weekend to pick up my hanpukai, but even if I get one, as long as it's good 🤣.

I missed it every year and finally got it this year😅. Mild but fruity, heavy flavor with a gusto. I can feel a melon-like taste around the end. It's not flashy, but it's a serious and honest sake 😊. It gets sweeter and tastier after a few days 😋.

Nigorinpic (2) This is the second Nigorinpic we started yesterday, and here are the contestants 😀. We had a great group of athletes again 😃. All of them are already gold medalists before the event even started 🤣. Today we will be opening a bottle of Orikagarami by Naraman 😀. We will be comparing the Earth and Cosmos from Niimasa and the Kasumikuchiman that we opened yesterday 😀. Compared to yesterday's Kasumiguchiman, it tastes a little more robust, but the aroma is more fruity 😀. By the way, I drank only the supernatant... it tastes stronger than before mixing, I like it better when mixed 👌. There are 5 more contestants coming up this time, so I'm looking forward to see what flavors I can find now 😀.

Yesterday, Aladdin joined us and introduced us to a new restaurant 😀. It is said that you can tell a lot about someone when you share a drink with them, and he was a really cool guy who drinks in a really cool way 😀. This year, I had the chance to meet many people from the Kansai region, such as Shouryakuji Temple, Maruriki-san, and this time, and they are all wonderful people, and I am very glad that we beginners were invited to such a gathering. I met Aladdin for the first time, and he asked me what would be the connection between "Sansho", "EARTH", and "Shinsei" (Cosmos)......................oh no, I had no plan 😅. I searched the fridge and found it was "Kasumikuchiman" 😅. Why "Kasumikuchiman"❓ The sake brewer is Hanaizumi Shuzo, and the connection is the flower connection from Akizakura... and Harukasumi from Akizakura🤣. Sorry Aladdin 🙇 but this light nigori is fantastic! But this light nigori was a great sake with great power 😳. It's completely different from the Earth and Cosmos sake that we compared, but it was a delicious sake that was second to none 😀. After all, sake is not about whether it is famous or not, but whether it suits you or not 😀. So tomorrow we will start the second part of our favorite nigori festival: ㊗️

Akirika Junmai Araogoshi Nama I was busy last week... 💦. I didn't even get a chance to look through the sake... I couldn't drink much sake🥲. One bottle I did drink was...Akishika🫎. Osaka Ai 💖. It's an active nigori... It's an active nigori... but you don't feel it, it comes with a bang! First impact 😳‼️ Akizuka's typical spicy sourness first punch 👊. The sweetness of the rice flavor appears later... The acidity gives it an excellent sharpness... I can't stop drinking 😋😋. Not to be outdone by a strong meal Addictive taste 😌😌. After brewing sake in Nagai, Yamagata Prefecture, they returned to Namie Town, Fukushima Prefecture in 2021 to brew sake. Rebirth" is made with "Sawanohana" rice, a fantastic rice from Nagai, the place where the brewery was able to revive itself. Previously, a portion of the sales of this sake was donated to parties affected by the nuclear power plant accident. This year, as a result of the brewer's visit to the Shirafuji Brewery of "Okunoto no Shirakiku" to see the area, it was decided to accelerate the release of "Rebirth," originally released on March 11, and donate a portion of the proceeds to Wajima and Suzu cities, which were severely affected by the disaster. Our own Kadoya Sake Shop, an interesting liquor store in Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture, also supported this move. Kadoya Sake Shop will also donate the same amount. First, a cool drink. The sake has an acidic aroma with a hint of ginjo and alcohol. The mouthfeel is smooth, with the sweetness of the rice spreading with a moderate acidity, which gently fades away while giving a sense of umami, and the acidity is short and crisp, and it finishes with a crisp finish at the back of the throat. At near room temperature, the mouthfeel is softer and the spread of sweetness and presence of umami can be felt more strongly, and the fragrance has a pleasant ginjo aroma. The hanpukai was also a Shichihon-yari 😳⁉️ Oh no 😅 Let's compare the sake positively 😌! Next up was the active nigori sake... I had a hard time opening it😅 When I put a little air in... Bubbles and bubbles came one after another... 🫧... It's hard to open 😁... Finally opened the bottle and took a sip 😋... This one is also... Fresh 🍋 and wild 🦍. Great presence... 😳 But... It was full of energy in the bottle... Not so much when I drank it 🤔... The lees are counteracting the energy... 🙄⁉️ I think I prefer the light nigori... 🥰. Peach-like aroma. Fresh, gassy and rummy. Muscat flavor 🤔. The sweet and sourness comes in and goes out. As the name suggests, it is like a wave. The acidity you feel at the beginning is quite impressive. I think the price is very reasonable for this taste.
