Yesterday I finally got to see the beautiful autumn leaves 🍁. Actually, I had purchased Sentori's Akatonbo and this UA Momiji together, but there were no autumn leaves at all, so I had to wait until today 😀. Yesterday I could see the autumn leaves and I saw that everyone was enjoying the renewed Sentori, so I opened a bottle of UA Momiji today 🍁. The first sip is sweet and tasty, followed by a delicious acidity and finally, the fruitiness of the fruit is still there 😀 Delicious! It's delicious 😇. Still, Sentori is a great brewer who takes on new challenges again 😀.

We currently have 2 liquor stores that have received sake from the hanpukai 😀. Yesterday's Aradama was from Sukumasa's hanpukai, and this one came from Kadoya's hanpukai 😀. I felt it was from the same lineage as yesterday's Aradama, but I felt Ona's was clearer 😀. For me, I prefer Ona's sake.

Today we have "Sentori no Yukidaruma" 🍶. I hope your comments are enough for the taste... 😅. I think that's enough 😅. When I opened the bottle, it had a great fizzy feeling. I was careful not to overflow while opening the bottle. This was also my first time at a liquor store 🚲. While examining the selection of bottles Choice 🍶. There were some more sakes I wanted to drink, but I needed to empty the fridge for my trip at the end of the month. but I had to keep my fridge empty for my trip at the end of the month 😅. I think this is the only sake that I would enjoy 🍶☺️ Preference:★★★★☆

Today we opened a bottle of this Koei Kiku no Tsukikage-san 😀. I got this sake from Kadoya's hanpukai 😀. I rarely met this sake before I went to Kadoya Sake Shop, but since I started participating in the hanpukai, I've been meeting them more often 😀. All of the Kouei Kiku's sakes are definitely delicious 😀. It's a sweet and delicious sake, but it's not just sweet, it's also refreshing and tasty 😀. I was satisfied with today's sake as well 😇

It looks almost like a bottled canned coffee. It has a stylish design that would be okay to drink on the train, but as expected, I opened the bottle at home. What's inside is Wakanami, which is easy to drink and properly tasty. It is good to have something playful like this.

This sake came to my house through Kadoya's hanpukai 😀. It's a sake that I wouldn't have chosen by myself if it wasn't from the hanpukai, so I'm very thankful for this system that has expanded my world of sake. The aroma had a fruity ginjo aroma, but the taste was sharp and in the dry sharp sake category for our family 🤣. But it was a delicious sake that would go well with anything as a food sake 😇.

Kaorin said she was going to grill the meat she left over from yesterday, so we decided to go with an active nigori type today as well and chose Naraman's orikarami. This is the second nigori type following Mikotsuru's active nigori from yesterday, but it's the one for meat, after all. I chose Sanzu-san for grilled meat, but if I want to pair it with grilled seasoned meat, I would choose a strong active nigori type 😇. Yesterday's nigori was also delicious, but I felt that the more robust flavor of Naraman-san was better😇. Of course, I think this difference is a matter of personal preference 😀.

It's starting to look a little more like autumn, so I opened a bottle of Senkou's Akatonbo 😀. Come to think of it, I haven't seen a real red dragonfly yet this year😅. Maybe it's because of the abnormal weather, but the seasonality of sake and the actual seasonality of sake are getting out of sync 🤣. We have some maple trees in the cellar, but I wonder when we will be able to drink maple trees while watching the autumn leaves 😅. Now for Akatombo, the moment I took a sip, I thought of grapes or muscat 🤣. It's a delicious sake with a sweet taste and a little bit of tartness that I can feel😇. Actually, I joined the sake-no-wa last season and started drinking sake in earnest, so this was my first time drinking Akatombo, but it was a delicious sake 😇.

Finally finished the second sake tasting test for the sake diploma today 😀. The result was... no 🤣. So today we opened a bottle of Jikin at the disappointment party😇. After all, the balance of Jikin is delicious 😀. I really wanted to express my impressions of the taste with fruit, flowers and cheese like everyone else at Sake-no-Wa, so I took the sake diploma test, but to be honest, it was a pain to practice sake tasting for the past few months 😅. I think that the expressions like "delicious" and "my favorite" are more suitable for me 😅. I will continue to write in the same style, although it is impossible to express myself in a nice way 🤣. By the way, passing the first exam is valid for 5 years, but I've decided to stop taking exams because I'm tired 😅.

Finally, my work streak is over and I opened a bottle of Viridian yesterday, but today I opened a bottle of Tazake to get me going for the next week 😀. As I thought, this sake is also delicious without any comment 😀. On the table, we have Nabe-sama, Viridian and Tasake... quite a gorgeous lineup 😀. Even though they went in different directions, each sake was delicious in its own way😇. Tomorrow we will take a week off from Sake-no-wa as we empty the sake and shochu opened for sake tasting practice in the fridge, so please come back next week 🙇.

I got this sake from Kadoya's hanpukai 😀. I've been wanting to try this sake for a long time and now I can finally try it for the first time with the hanpukai 🤣. I also prepared a bottle at room temperature for tasting practice, but this sake tastes much better chilled 😀. Utakata means bubbles, and when chilled, you can feel the bubbles coming out of nowhere, which is my favorite flavor 😀.
