I bought it at ●Maya because I had a good impression of it when I tasted it at Hankyu in the past and at a Japanese sake festival. The rice used is 100% rare grain Ryoto. The initial aroma is banana-like. When you put it in your mouth, there is a momentary sweetness followed by bitterness. Then comes acidity and umami, but the aftertaste is short. It is totally different from the impression I had at Japanese sake festivals and department store tastings.... I feel uncomfortable with the top aroma and the flavor in my mouth. Is it a disinfectant-like off-flavor? I'm sorry but I can't drink all of this 😢... I feel like I have a high encounter rate with off flavors 🤔. I have no doubt that this is an inherently delicious drink, so please don't go through my review 🙏.

Good morning, bouken😄. Sorry to hear that 😢I'm glad you don't hate this drink itself because you know its original taste 😌. Sensory evaluation of alcohol is affected by many factors, so it's hard to pinpoint the cause 🤔.

Hi Aladdin 😃 I know some people don't mind it, but I can't myself when it has an aroma that food doesn't have 😥. I will transfer it to a small bottle and see how it goes, but the rest will go to cooking wine 🙄.

I bought it at ●Maya because I thought it was rare to find Tomiou's Yamahai. It was sweet with lactic acidity. Then there is a bitterness with a graininess. A little peculiar? A little nutty. It has a complex taste with caramel and creaminess. After a few days, it tastes like yogurt or calpis. After a few more days, it's hard to describe, but it has a type of habit I don't like...

Innovative paper-packaged unpasteurized sake. I found it in a store and bought it on impulse. Was the faint cosmetic aroma that appeared in the hint of aroma caused by the paper carton? Is it the smell of the filter of the Yabuta press? Am I just guessing?

The rice was Ginga, the same as that of Murasaki Uchu, so we compared them. The yeast was Giovanni's research. Was it used by cab drivers? It has a strong sweet taste of rice. It also has a little graininess. It says "dry" but it is easy to drink with a gentle dryness. The bran-like smell that lingers in the glass after the drink is empty bothers me... I prefer Murasaki Uchu.

I've only seen Yumeshin at Kadoya Sake Shop, but for some reason Yamaya had it 😳. It's a local brand of Naraman, isn't it? It's gassy and tastes like a rum. It's sweet, juicy, and delicious 😋. It was made in March this year, so I think it's starting to get a little old... 😅Too soon, right? Just a little bit, though. I found out that Yamaya has a completely different selection of sake at each store (especially the fresh sake), so I thought it would be interesting to see what they have to offer 😁. Now I'm looking for a Yamaya limited edition? I'm looking for a bottle of Nyoku no Gin Kasuuboshi (limited edition to Yamaya) 🧐.

Thrivingly effervescent, thinly cloudy translucent white. Aromatic with a graininess reminiscent of corn flakes or ponzu candy. The aroma is strong. Stimulating mouthfeel with a strong sense of effervescence. On the other hand, contrary to the aroma, the mouthfeel is gentle, and both acidity and astringency are moderate. It has a short aftertaste. Aromatic sake.

On the second day after opening the bottle, the mouthfeel is as rich as the aroma. The aftertaste was also strong, with a strong astringency and a bitterness that numbed the tip of the tongue. It was a mellow sake. Did it change after being exposed to air after opening the bottle? Is my tongue unreliable? I am not so sure anymore 😥.

It is light and slightly sweet. I think it lacks individuality, or I wish it had something more prominent. Also, there was an uncomfortable flavor that I've felt a few times in the past with other alcoholic beverages that seemed to have deteriorated. It's a strange smell. The flavors I felt in Yamori and Tenjingawa.

Not much of an aroma. Freshness and a trace of sweetness. Good sharpness that ends with sourness and bitterness. I think it's a versatile type that can be enjoyed by itself or with food. I didn't think this was available at chain liquor stores. Is it the influence of Corona? They also have Mutsu Hassen.
