It has a strong sweet taste of rice. It also has a little graininess. It says "dry" but it is easy to drink with a gentle dryness.
The bran-like smell that lingers in the glass after the drink is empty bothers me...
I prefer Murasaki Uchu. boukenI bought it because it was at a tasting sale and looked unusual. The aroma has a little pickle-like peculiarity, but it is sweet and tastes like sweet wine. I think it is similar to Kaika's peach-colored nigori.
Also, I didn't notice that it was alsobe dyed until I drank it.... I don't mind it.
