Transparent with a slight yellowish tinge. The aroma is sweet and full, reminiscent of freshly cooked rice cakes or candy. The aroma is strong. The smooth, sweet mouthfeel is followed by a rich, mellow mouthfeel with a strong acidity and astringency. It has a medium lingering finish. A mellow sake.
