chocolatWell-balanced, a staple in our home.
Gorgeous aroma, good acidity and sharpness.
I love this handsome wine!
I'm also happy that the price is not too expensive.
4.6/5.0 NyuronThis completes the four regular junmai ginjos. I think it is less floral than 7, but it is sweet and tasty, fresh and delicious.
My preference is 10>7 super spicy>1814>7, though the difference is very slight. NyuronIt is a well-known brand but I was able to purchase it for the first time. The good thing about the point system is that you don't have to work that hard to purchase it.
It has a pineapple aroma and sweetness as well, but this sake is quite moderate and has a good flavor and sharpness. For me, it is my favorite sake and delicious. chocolatI bought this for New Year's.
I have been to the brewery, but they did not sell me the yamori (although they had a variety of others).
Now, this was purchased at a relatively nearby liquor store.
It is fresh sake, so it is stored in the refrigerator.
It has a bitter taste when just poured, but after 5 minutes, oh my goodness!
The bitterness disappears completely and the mellow flavor and gorgeous ginjo aroma stand out.
It is so delicious!
It might be good to drink it in a wine glass.
4.5/5.0
NyuronI recently started going to a store that has a point system, and when I had a few more yen to spend, I just bought it. However, I wanted to try this sake, so I was lucky to find a 250 ml product.
It has a creamy aroma, surprisingly low sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness, and a refreshing gasiness.
It is a sake that you can enjoy quite easily. NyuronNo, this one is also bad.
It is not fruity or sweet, but it is violently fresh. I think that Yokoyama's sake is a sake that has few elements that I don't like. NyuronYummmm, seriously, it might be my favorite.
Super fresh and crisp, yet not too light or heavy.
It has a little bit of gas and is gorgeous and sweet, but it has a crispness that doesn't drag it down and makes you want to drink it all the time.
It has been a year since I have had Yokoyama, and I really like their sake. もけけI wanted to try it once because it is very popular.
I think it is somewhat similar to Niimasa. Is it more acidic?
It is a low alcohol, fire-roasted sake, so it is mild and goes well with a meal. Personally, I think it would be more comfortable to drink with a meal. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
