Tomo-kichiIn my opinion, the most fruity brand ⭐ in Tokyo.
The unadjusted Nakadori Nama is the best, but this one is a blend of Aragashigiri and Blame?
It has a nice bitterness and umami, and is more of a food sake than the usual Yamori. たけぽんTime has opened up.
I put it on for the record.
It was fresh and delicious. KiyoFluffy sweet but refreshing. I don't like it when it's too sweet, but it's nice. I'll buy it again next time I have it. Daina那須五百万石 特別栽培米 一貫造り純米吟醸 KiyoSake is clean and crisp. It also has a toggled feel to it. I personally like it a little mellower and sweeter. GokyoFIVE グリーン おりがらみ 純米生原酒 たけぽんIt is clean and dry.
You can feel the aroma of rice in your mouth, but it seems to go away quickly and does not linger.
It is refreshing and makes you want to drink more sake.
I paired it with Matsumaezuke pickles and grilled scallions.
After eating, drink sake.
My mouth is refreshed.
You can eat the snacks with a renewed spirit.
The snacks will also be enjoyed.
I would like to try other kinds of sake. たけぽんThe last sake of 2023 was also
Kaze no Mori.
It is a mid-sake.
Pressed slowly, soft flavor.
The usual slightly shrieky feeling.
Nakatoro (medium fatty tuna), akami (red fish), mozuku (seaweed), ikura (salmon roe), grilled scallion, and hamaguri tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce).
Why are they all there?
I look forward to serving you again this year 🙇. Daina純米吟醸 那須五百万石 あらばしり生原酒 たけぽんThis is a valuable sake that can be drunk on the same day it is pressed.
I have tried morning pressing several times before, but this was fresh and delicious.
The nutty aroma and sweetness flowed smoothly down my throat, with a slight shrieking sensation.
I paired it with sushi. It was perfect.
My father, who drank it with me, had to have another glass several times.
We will definitely enjoy it again next year.
After a week, the taste seems to have calmed down, but it is still refreshing. たけぽんI had imagined it to be refreshing and dry, but it was a very tasty sake with a hint of sweetness.
It is often recommended to be paired with fish. I paired it with shime saba (mackerel) sashimi, and it certainly washed away the slightly raw feeling after eating, but did not interfere with the flavor of the fish.
I guess it would go well with sushi as well.
I thought I would give it a try. chocolatSlightly sweet and fruity.
Moderate acidity.
3300 yen for a bottle.
4.2/5.0 たけぽんI prepared for this drink with another light run today.
After a 40-minute run, I took a bath and got ready for this drink.
I had it with lamb, cacho caballo ajillo, and bonito tataki.
The citric acid is sour, but the sake is not so sour and is neutrally crisp.
It is refreshing and does not interfere with the meal.
Below is the description of the sake.
oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
It was planned and developed by a staff member at the Namie brewery who enjoys running marathons.
This is a product that we have entrusted everything from planning to unrefined management and products in order to further develop our growing young staff.
The product uses white malted rice, and you can enjoy the citric acid sourness derived from white malted rice. たけぽんI paired it with ahijo.
Or rather, the menu on the day I wanted to drink Kaze no Mori was Ahijo.
The moderate sweetness goes down your throat smoothly. Is this the aroma that is called pineapple?
Don't worry. It goes well with ahi jio. かつたまRunner's only drink. I bought it just because of the name. I heard it is made with white malted rice that produces citric acid. I don't have a marathon to run in the near future, so I'll drink it after running regardless of the marathon. I might jog more at night.
It is 65%. I am looking forward to drinking it.
Immediately after opening the bottle, it has a low alcohol content and a citrusy citric acidity, which makes it less like a sake. It is an easy-drinking sake. たけぽんIt was hot again today!
But we had motsu-nabe for supper.
I wasn't sure if it would go well or not, but I tried this sake with it.
It is delicious.
It is not labeled as a daiginjo, but the rice polishing ratio is 44%.
It was a refreshing drink with a hint of sweetness.
It went well with the nabe, but somehow I felt like drinking awamori, so I went with awamori afterward. Coffee with it.
Thank you again today. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
