It has a robust flavor with a hint of sweetness. It is difficult to describe the aroma and taste, so I will leave it to the website. Pale green with gray tones. The aroma is thick, robust, low in weight, and straightforward. The complexity and evocative aroma is very enjoyable, starting with orange peel and coconut, followed by walnut, hazelnut, apricot curd, condensed milk, yuba, ginger, nutmeg and dinga, rye bread with nuts and dried fruits, and White meat miso. The viscous body, which even seems to thicken, is vibrant and fresh, giving the impression of richness and balance. The strength and subtle bitterness of the wine leaves a delicious flavor in the latter half of the palate.

I decided to finish drinking this sake. It was my first time to drink it. I bought it because I liked the fact that it was a sparkling, nigori sake. The fizz was much more than I expected. The orikori is at the bottom of the bottle, so it is better to shake it up and down? No, it is not necessary. When the bottle is opened, it rises from the bottom. I have an image that sparkling sake is a little sweet, but this sake is refreshing and easy to drink. I paired it with tempura and New Year's Eve soba noodles. Thank you very much for your help this year. Thank you very much for your support this year, and I look forward to working with you again next year. I may post another update tomorrow.

A new sake within a new sake. It is said to be a freshly made sake that only the brewery could taste. We got it today and had it. It was squeezed on December 5, so it has been a little while, but it is fresh. The alcohol content is a little high at 17%, but the fresh sake aroma spreads in your mouth and goes down your throat very smoothly. It is truly delicious. I would recommend anyone who likes sake to try it. I bought it in a bottle, so I would like to enjoy the passage of time.

I don't drink much other than cold sake, but since it was cold, I had it hot and served with seafood hot pot. I think it is refreshingly dry. It is good as a food sake. The two of us quickly finished it.

We had it with sukiyaki. You can taste the acidity when you drink it. Slightly effervescent. It has a faintly sparkling feeling. The name "Sake" was chosen with this in mind: "Just as rice, koji, and yeast meet to create sake, I want to be a place where something is born in you through encounters with people, sake, and the climate. That is how they came up with this name. ~From the website It is fruity and tastes great with sake alone, but it also goes well with meat. It was a great encounter!

Direct Kumi. They bottle the pressed sake directly by hand without transferring it to a tank or other container. It is fresh and slightly effervescent. It is fruity and very delicious. We enjoyed it with fried chicken and vegetables.
