A new sake within a new sake. It is said to be a freshly made sake that only the brewery could taste.
We got it today and had it.
It was squeezed on December 5, so it has been a little while, but it is fresh.
The alcohol content is a little high at 17%, but the fresh sake aroma spreads in your mouth and goes down your throat very smoothly.
It is truly delicious. I would recommend anyone who likes sake to try it.
I bought it in a bottle, so I would like to enjoy the passage of time.
