From a sake brewery located in the "rice field🌾" area, this sake is made from 65% polished Yamada Nishiki rice harvested locally.
I like this one😍.
It's a straightforward impression of persistence and belief.
It reminded me of the straightness of Sasaki Tomohiro who played for the Seattle Mariners⚾️.
The aroma is subdued, and when you put it in your mouth, the flavor and bitterness of the rice first spreads in your mouth.
The aftertaste is refreshing.
It's perfect as a midday drink and I enjoyed it with 🐟 boiled flounder.
I would like to drink it warmed up in winter😄.
