Clear and colorless. Aroma reminiscent of yogurt, with a slightly nasal aroma reminiscent of alcohol and grated radish. The intensity of the aroma is moderate. The mouthfeel is smooth. After a while, a heavy sourness and bitterness rushes in, giving it a so-called dry taste. It is a full-bodied sake.
