Koshino-Kanbai Amane. It is a new sake.
It is easy to drink and has a sour taste, but also has a crisp dry taste that is typical of Niigata.
A limited edition of Houou Mita. It is made from Yamadaho, the mother of Yamadanishiki. It has a fruity taste typical of Hououmida and is very easy to drink.
Sentori Organic Naturals on the last night of my trip to Utsunomiya. It is a kijoshu. It is easy to drink like a ginjo sake despite its 90% rice polishing ratio. The taste of rice can be felt as you drink it down. I like the taste.
