I only died for a good drink lol. タカノサケAnyway, it is my favorite rice flavor with just the right balance of sweetness, sourness, and bitterness. It is a stable taste with a clear throat. タカノサケAkabu's Sake Mirai. I think I like Omachi best as a sake rice, but I also react to Sake Mirai when it catches my eye. It has a good balance of fruitiness and riceiness, and is easy to drink. Akabu is delicious after all. タカノサケFruity sake from Nagasaki. It has a soft sweetness and a pleasant throat feel.

I recently read a manga called "Arabashiri", which was originally planned by Kenchi Tachibana of EXILE, and I was so happy to see Ippou myself in it that I bought it 😁.
You can taste the gentle sweetness, the fizziness, and the well-balanced umami and bitterness that is typical of muddy rice!
It's rather easy to pair with a wide variety of things!
