It was too hot and I wanted to drink something with a gaseous taste, so I chose this one.
It was not as gassy as I expected, but it was the first sake in a while that I really felt the "melon" in it.
The 80% milled rice ratio gives it a rice-like taste, but it has no strange peculiarities, and at this price, it is a great value for money.

Yamori finally arrived. The aroma is a pineapple type ginjo aroma like Kudoki-ue. But the taste is quite refreshing. There is a gap between the aroma and the taste. What did you say? Mr. Shimura and Mr. Ueshima. It makes me cry.
