I drank a bottle of Akabu's Yamada Nishiki today 😀. It was not freshly opened, but a friend of mine came to stay over the other night and drank half of it first lol! Even though it was already open, the sweetness and acidity spread out and it was delicious 😋. I can feel the deliciousness of Yamada Nishiki including a little bitterness at the end 💫✨.
