町田酒造醸造戦略会議カタカナマチダ 純米<生>純米生酒無濾過 しんしんSYThe restaurant was crowded and the food didn't come out easily!
So I was out of sake after just the appetizer!
Let's go next time!
I had this one last time, and I found it again, so I'm going back!
The genre is hana-yosu type!
I think it's more passion fruit than pineapple 🥭.
I'll go ahead and make it my favorite today.
It's not all you can drink, so I won't be too adventurous
Finally, the two dishes I had requested appeared!
We've been waiting for them!
Grilled scallops and sashimi of Kushiro's Akinata fish!
Both of them go well with sake!
a few words of knowledge
This is a test brew.
All specifications are undisclosed, except that it is a pure rice sake.
It is an excellent product that should be tasted slowly and without thinking.

But for dinner, we took the tram 🚃 to Goryokaku Park ⛲️
I called and made a reservation for 7:30 p.m. because I had a party today.
I went with great anticipation!
Let's take a closer look at today's sake!
The price is lower than last time because there are only a few bottles left!
The new one is supposed to arrive tomorrow, so I'll pass this time.
Then let's go for the Hanahyoko!
This is the 9th Hanahyangyoku!
This is a brand that is hard to find!
It is Omachi.
The pineapple taste is not so bad!
You can feel a light bitterness at the end!
We ordered 3 appetizers from yesterday's recommendation and waited while eating the appetizers.
The restaurant is almost full 🈵.
It's a popular restaurant after all!

It's firm, but not cloying.
I paired it with a bowl of hot Inaniwa Udon noodles to finish off the meal!

Now that the regulars are here, I think it's time for me to leave the restaurant!
Thank you for the food!
Let's meet again in the winter while enjoying a pot of hot pot and a glass of delicious sake 😋!

Thank you very much 😊.
I had such a refreshing pickle, I had to have another one!
Next, I was curious about Gagakuyo!
It's been a long time since I last had a drink at Ami in Sendai!
It's been a while!
And it's Hiyori!
My expectations are high!
I've seen many of you posting about Masayosan, so I thought I'd give it a try!
It's light, fruity, deliciously sweet and tasty 🤤.
I'm about to run out of entrée, so I think it's time to wrap it up!

しんしんSYI've been seeing a lot of San-Do lately.
I'd like to drink it freshly opened if possible!
It's the most expensive sake of the night.
A four-pack came out!
The rest of the bottle was still very small 😫.
It didn't have a fizzy feeling, but I'll have a deliciously sweet Hozu just like Mishina, no Ie!
It is a nice and calm sake 🍶.
Just in time, mackerel simmered in miso appeared, and the entrée was an all-star!
We were very impressed with the mackerel simmered in miso, which has a nice flavor!

The mackerel that has been highly praised on the internet!
And tuna yukke!
I'm having trouble deciding which sake to pair with this again!
Let's go with Machida Sake Brewery!
A bottle of sake was placed in front of us, asking us to please open it!
The cork didn't fly open, but it did make a nice sizzling sound!
The Akabu was delicious, so we were very excited to see what the Machida Sake Brewery would make it taste like!
I wondered what kind of sake it would be, as the specs were apparently a secret, but this was amazingly delicious!
It was so delicious 😋 and spread in my mouth!
The sourness of the vinegared mackerel and the sweet and spicy tuna yukke go so well with this sake!
Oh, I can't stand it!
I had a one-person brewing strategy meeting here at Misina.
Last time I was at No-Eye, there was a Machida Sake Brewery that was not open yet, so I want to drink this again!

Dinner at Minshina in Goryokaku, Hakodate, which we liked so much last time!
We were seated in the middle of the counter and asked what we would like to eat.
The owner and proprietress were very friendly and asked us what we would like to order.
She pointed to the blackboard in front of the restaurant and said, "Here is today's recommendation.
I found a piece of amber from Akamu.
Let's start with this...
It's full-bodied and has an indescribable spread in the mouth!
It's a popular sake.
While eating the appetizers and waiting for the food we had chosen after much deliberation, we finished the sake in no time at all!
The rain has stopped, but it's getting colder outside.
I guess it will be snow season in a little while... ⛄

The pork shabu salad with sauce goes well with the freshness of the LaFrance!
I had a hard time deciding which to order to finish the meal, Inaniwa udon, somen, nigiri sushi, or onigiri, but I felt that this restaurant emphasizes sushi, so there was no doubt about it!
Drinking LaFrance while sipping 🙆I'm in a good mood!

I was a little hesitant to order a junmai sake here because I had been drinking junmai daiginjo-style sake that day, but I never know when I will see Tensei again, so I decided to go for it!
As expected, it was a solid sake!
There is a hint of ogara-mari!
I asked for a little more sake and more food while enjoying the dry sake and some of the dishes we ordered this evening!
The other guests at the counter had also left, so we could enjoy the restaurant at our leisure!
Enjoy yourself while immersing yourself in your own world!

Unlike the usual light Tensei, this Junmai sake has the richness and sharpness of a pure sake. It is a junmai sake only available in autumn, with the tailings intertwined with the sake. It is a powerful sake, so it can be enjoyed cold, at room temperature, or even warmed.

It's hard to decide!
The menu lists about 20 kinds of local sake.
There were about 5 out of stock, but it is really hard to choose from about 15 varieties!
Abe, I haven't had this one very often!
I've only had it twice at Eiraku in Akita 2️⃣.
I'm going for the third time!
I thought I would get a bottle with the characters "Abe" in hiragana, but instead I got a picture of a rural landscape with the words "Noda" and "Noda" on it!
I heard it reads "Noda".
Good aroma!
Fruitiness in the mouth!
I don't think I've ever had a sake like this before!
It was just right!
At about this time, grilled shellfish appeared!
The proprietress told us to be careful because it is very hot!
The hot shellfish and the sweetness of the scallops go very well with the Abe-san!
We are having a blissful time!

The "Field Specific Series".
This sake is brewed using 100% rice harvested from a specific field in order to allow people to enjoy the flavor of each rice field while keeping the recipe consistent. In conjunction with contract farmers in Kashiwazaki, Abe Brewery's hometown, and the Kariwa area adjacent to Kashiwazaki, a portion of the proceeds are used to help contract farmers maintain their fields and landscaping.

I have only met this man four times!
The first time was at an off-line meeting of Sake-no-wa in Fukuoka!
From there, I met him 4 times at the Morioka Off-line Meeting, Sapporo, and then visited him alone in Fukuoka.
Tonight, we met for the 5th time in Hakodate 👀!
It was the last of a four-pack, so there was almost no fizz.
However, the sweetness gradually spread on the palate!
After much deliberation, the dishes we ordered appeared one after another!
All of them are so delicious!
I'm sure the drinks will go on and on!

This rare sake, miraculously restored in recent years, is brewed with "Homase," a native species of Kumamoto from the Edo period that was naturally cultivated on the company's own farmland and by farmers in the Kikuchi River system.
This truly one-of-a-kind sake has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of bananas and pineapples, and nuances created by the benefits of the land and the diversity of microorganisms including yeast, which overlap and resonate as a complex flavor.

Used as a reminder of the sake I drank.
To check what kind of sake is popular and in season.
And to find out which restaurants have the best sake.
This is very useful for those of us who drink out, since we don't drink at home.
This time, I saw a check-in for such a restaurant near Goryokaku Koen Station in Hakodate, so I called and visited for the first time!
When I asked if I could come alone, the owner and proprietress both said, "Please come on in.
The owner and proprietress are both very kind.
I think I can enjoy the food and drinks in a nice atmosphere.
The first dish was "Hana-yoso", which is hard to find these days!
