Gagakuyo is not easy to find!
This is the seventh time, and the first time for a test brew!
We will have a freshly opened bottle!
Compared to the Mie sake, which was both sweet and fruity, the acidity was a bit more pronounced!
So this is what Association 1401 yeast is like!
I remember when I drank Rihachi at Mishina before, it was 1801 and it was really good!
I didn't order any entrée, but the pork was stewed in a pot for tomorrow's preparation!
It made my drink go down the drain again!
