We use water from the Central Alps and 💧. and carefully selected Miyamanishiki from the local Inadani area. All the ingredients are pure rice. Brewed at low temperature fermentation Soft and elegant sweetness 🍈...🍈. Full-bodied and clear due to low-temperature fermentation brewing. It has a pleasantly sharp taste with a lingering aftertaste. You can drink it for a long time without getting tired of it 🤤. This is a crane drink... 🤣

At the restaurant I usually go to, I'm one glass of wine, so I'm really drunk when I get home, but today's restaurant was about 90ml, so I drank even after I got home😇. It's basically sweet and fizzy. Slightly refreshing. Like pineapple. Slightly drier than Hosoyuki? So far, there are no disappointments, so I would like to try more turtles in the sea.

I bought it when I went to buy the turtle sea. Not fruity, but spastic and sharp with a firm sugary sweetness and a bit of minerality and bitterness. It also has a little gasiness. I think it tastes better than the Yamama I had before. Still gassy days after opening.

I bought it because everyone raved about it in Sake no Wa and it seemed to be well received. This is my first time to buy Kame no Umi. It has a light gassy feeling. It has a fruity aroma, a pineapple-like sweet flavor, and a trace of bitterness at the end. I like it a lot.

It has been a very long time since I have had Nabeshima. It was a month ago that I went to Takakura-san in Miyakojima, Tokyo, thinking I wanted to drink Nabeshima. It is a rare pattern for me to keep Nabeshima in the refrigerator for a month without drinking it. I remember I bought Ura-nabeshima at Takakura-san. There are many brands that they carry, so I'll just excerpt the ones that seem to be rare in the Kansai area. I think they are Kame-no-umi, Beaumichel, Kankoubai, Fukusuku, Sakamatsu, Ko-Imari, Shinanotsuru, Azumatsuru, and Ichidai Yazan. I was finally able to purchase a special honjozo, which I had never had a chance to see among the Nabeshima brands. The label says "pink label" but it looks like wood grain. It is quite sweet and the second half is spicy and sharp. It is sweet, but I think it is not too sweet for a negative sake degree. Nabeshima is supposed to be gassy, but this one is not. The muscat flavor is stronger than before.

We drank some Yamada-Nishiki fire-rotating plums before and were very impressed. This time it's a fresh one from Omachi. The date is January this year, but we didn't have any when we went there earlier in the spring, but I wonder if it was sitting in the warehouse. It's fruity and sweet. It has a slight bitterness at the end. This is my favorite. I've seen penguins and white bears in the past, but I like this one better. I wish more stores carried it.
