The bottle popped when I opened it. It was a little gassy, but not too gassy. The sweetness is relatively firm. It has a mild and gentle mouthfeel. I've never had a bad bottle of Kankoume before. It's like a ramune for adults.

It's unique in that it's labeled as early-blooming raw and late-blooming bottle-fired. This one has a lot of gas left in it, so it tastes just as good as raw.

It's time to link the brand name to the name of the brewery...

We drank some Yamada-Nishiki fire-rotating plums before and were very impressed. This time it's a fresh one from Omachi. The date is January this year, but we didn't have any when we went there earlier in the spring, but I wonder if it was sitting in the warehouse. It's fruity and sweet. It has a slight bitterness at the end. This is my favorite. I've seen penguins and white bears in the past, but I like this one better. I wish more stores carried it.

It's eight months old, so it's ripe.

Gas is strong. The cork was almost popped. It's similar to "Chiebijin" in terms of ripeness.
